“This company are horrendous two days in a row parcels left on door step no knock or bell ring to let you know they are there no email to say they were delivered so I could go out and get them so they could have been stolen and then you have no comeback because they will tell you they were delivered please tell your drivers to knock or ring people's doors so we can retrieve our goods.”

“Absolutely terrible. Fastway couriers delivered my parcel to the wrong address and subsequently blamed me for a service and job THEY are paid to provide!
Someone from the company (perhaps a driver, not sure) then contacted me and rudely accused me of inputting the address incorrectly, which perplexed me as I was 100% sure I had not in fact done that. He told me it was my responsibility to present at the incorrect address and retreive the parcel myself!!! After explaining that both of my kids were ill and I could not do that nor was it my responsibility to do his job, this Fastway employee continued to talk at me rudely for approximately 10 minutes.
I retrieved all my order receipts,
which confirmed that I had in fact entered the correct delivery details at the time of purchase (the ONLY time I had had to enter them). I then contacted the retail company from which I had purchased the items, and Fastway customer care, attaching all the documents which proved that this mistake had nothing to do with me.
The retail company promptly responded the next day, apologised and confirmed that they are currently investigating the poor courier service I experienced. Fastway customer care, on the other hand, has yet to respond! Speaks volumes. Do not use this service. Absolutely disgraceful.”
“Absolutely worst delivery service in ireland they decided to deliver the package to a different house and said nothing just got an email saying it's been delivered, rang the driver he lied to me about delivering it. He just signed for the package himself and left it at another house.
Customer service is by email they never replied luckily the kind people who it was delivered to dropped it off to my address, I will never buy from any company who uses fastway again.”

“Absolutely a load of bollacks. Waited at home all day for package to be delivered, nobody knocked. I sent three emails over two days, nobody replied. I even updated to a 'safe place' so they'd have easier time finding the address if that was the issue, other than that no form of contact. Nobody rang me. And now there's no update or way for me to revive my parcel which had hundreds worth spent on its content. Said they'd deliver the next day and never did!”

“One Star is Too Generous for This Company
If I could give zero stars, I would. This company has proven to be completely irresponsible and careless. I recently ordered a monitor worth €500, and instead of delivering it with any sense of professionalism, they left it outside my house in the pouring rain.
To make matters worse, my house is right next to a bus stop, meaning the package was left exposed in full view of passersby. Not only was it soaking wet when I found it, but it was also at serious risk of being stolen. How can a delivery company think this is acceptable?
They didn’t bother to knock, ring the bell, or even leave a note. It’s as if they were actively trying to ensure my expensive purchase was ruined or stolen. This level of negligence is utterly outrageous.
I’ve tried contacting customer service, but they’ve been slow and dismissive. If you value your time, money, or sanity, do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. They have no regard for their customers or the items they’re entrusted to deliver.

They were supposed to deliver a package to me on Monday, but at the end of the day they said they couldn't deliver it because there was no one at home. Both that day and the next, there were people at home and we didn't hear a knock on the door.
On Tuesday, they sent us an email saying that the package had been left in a safe place (the porch) and there was no package here. If they left it on the porch, I understand that they left it at the door, but my house is in a transit area and anyone can access the door. Also, as I've already said, there were people at home and no one heard a knock on the door.
On Wednesday, we started a chat with Fastway customer service and they told us that it appeared that the package was being delivered. ???? I don't understand anything. They sent an email on Tuesday saying that it was delivered.
On Thursday, we asked another question and they basically told us that we would receive a response and they cut off the chat. On Friday we went to the warehouse that the transport company has in New Ross and they told us that the package had been left with a neighbour, which we had not authorised at any time and they told us that the girl who delivered it would call us to give us more details and we are still waiting.”
