One day, I received an email saying that my parcel had been delivered and a signature was obtained — but I never received the courier, and no one signed for it. Today again, it shows that a delivery attempt was made and failed, but no one came to the door. This level of service is unacceptable. Very poor communication and unreliable delivery.”

Any time I have been waiting on a parcel from these cowboys I get constant emails to let me know they've attempted to deliver it despite zero attempts to actually deliver it (I work from home so I would know if someone had actually tried to deliver)
