“This site is just banned from trustpilot.com, cz they are total scam. Just look how they write 4-5stars reviews by them selfs. Before ban they get 1-2 reviews per month(max) and just after ban(1-2weeks ago) They get it everyday and sometimes 4 possitive reviews per day....Just check it by your self. Now reviews.io is most popular reviews site for them(because on trustpilot they got banned) and they need to start working on this one...Fake reviews everyday. If you want true people experience on this site - read only 1star reviews, they are real. Avoid them! I just want to help you safe your money.”

“Alert!! This page is a scam I placed my order on May 24th- Today June 10th I still don't have any product or my money back. Most of the items on the web are not available and are used to retain your money. On May 24th place the order with number (242948) – Pure Fusion Protein AMIX - PVL Mutant Mass 2,27kg Chocolate Fudge Brownie + Olimpic Creatinen. Total After placing my order they notify me that none of the items are in stock and suggest an exchange of items for cheaper items, and without the possibility of refunding the difference. I was offered Mutant Mass 2.27kg Chocolate Fudge Brownie + Creatine Swiss Pharmaceuticals. To expedite the order regarding the difference, accept. The next day I receive another communication saying that Swiss Pharmaceuticals Creatine is also not available. I requested a refund but was only offered a coupon. Finally, after several reminders and without getting a response, I tried to use the coupon and place a new order. New surprise, when I applied the coupon, the order with the coupon was less than €55, so I had to pay the DHL costs again on my own - more than €15. I wrote them again and again: no answer. I finally gave up. Right now I just wanted to be able to move my money or get my money out of there, even if I had to pay DHL again. I placed a new order yesterday June 9th, order number 247871, including items AMIX Predator Protein Chocolate and Beast Sports Nutrition Creature Creatine. Again I receive an email saying that neither of the 2 items is in stock, and they suggest an exchange for Predator Protein Vanilla and another Creatine. I accept the change. After accepting the change, they tell me that they have not received the payment for the order and that I should use another payment method other than visa (my money came out of my visa). Now I try to advertise them to avoid this website”

Ich habe versucht über die Webseite von fatburners.at Support zu bekommen, aber keine Antwort. Fazit: Finger weg von der Seite. Hier die Mail vom offiziellen Hersteller: … Unfortunately, I have to inform you that you have purchased a counterfeit NutriLabs product. This is not one of our products. Please do not use this product as you don't know what could be in those capsules. The criminals who made this counterfeit product could care less about your safety. No need to take the risk - and please contact the company that you purchased it from for a full-refund. “Am 26.07. bestellt, bis heute ist nichts angekommen, obwohl auf der Homepage eine Lieferzeit von 2-3 Tagen (zzgl. Versandvorbereitung von 2 Tagen) angegeben ist. Nach Rückfrage meinerseits erhielt ich über den Chat nur die lapidar Aussage: Ist versendet worden. Nachdem die Ware jedoch immer noch nicht eintraf, habe ich erneut versucht, Kontakt aufzunehmen... Leider blieb meine Anfrage bis jetzt unbeantwortet. So kann ich hier keine positive Bewertung abgeben und ich habe (wie schon ein paar Schreiber vor mir) das Gefühl, dass man hier abgezockt wird!”

“i bought the product from olympus labs re1gn, i use this product for many years, and its great. But i bought it from this fatburners.at and fisrt time that i received a damged product, with a lot of moisture inside that was months ago before i opened it. i have sent a lot of mails without any answer. i have sent photos of the product inside as also the order serial number, and i still waitting for an answer.”

“They sent me 2 Packs of Oxy ELite without seals (FAKE). I sent it back unopened. I have been waiting for my money 2 months now. You can feel from this Rudolf Herenyi that he is not willing to pay back. I have the returned code with signature. This guy always says he has to check with finance but this is a one man show. He is a thief. He had more than enough time to send my 90 Euros back. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS STORE. FAKE & THIEVES.”

Habe mir vor 10 Tagen Pre Workout für knapp 50€ bestellt, und eine Email bekommen dass kein Geld überwiesen worden wäre, seitdem keine Rückmeldung mehr von Fatburners.at . Daraufhin habe ich mal mehr über die Seite recherchiert und herausgefunden dass die Seite zu 80% scammt und die restlichen Bestellungen mit Monatelanger Verspätung zuschickt oder einfach nur ein Teil der Bestellung ankommt. Nie wieder...”

“DONT EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING IN THIS WEBSITE I recently ordered Oxy Elite. I immediately received an email from Fatburners informing me that the product was sold out and offered to fulfill my order with a similar product along with additional samples. I was a little upset because they take the money for a product that actually THEY KNOW THAT THEY DONT HAVE IN THE STOCK. Nevertheless I accepted their suggestion and took the order for another product. I asked how many days would the deliver take, the answer was 3-4 working days. The order was made on the 24th February. today is 10th of March and I sill not have the order. I contact the company, to find a solution or get reimbursed, they replied it is not their problem, as they send the package to the post. They suggested me just to keep waiting until I DONT KNOW WHEN”

“Ordered on 23rd February still no parcel or refund for the alternative option they gave me since it was cheaper at the time. I asked for tracking and find it out they gave me fake screen shot of delivery saying I wasn't it which was for Switzerland when I live in England. They first said my tracking was with dpd then it change to another courier. All they're doing now is blaming it on covid. I've asked for refund and they keep denying me refund as they say its out of there hands now. Rip off.”
