I ordered one jar of Frank K Woods pain relief cream in February and I made numerous calls to see why I had not received it, finally yesterday a gentleman told me it was held up in a warehouse. Now I am wondering if it has been stored properly. The other times I called they told me all they could tell me is that it left your facility. Not very attentive customer service.

Great product! Ordered on 2/20/19 and still do not have! Should not take this long to get to Reno,NV!! Maybe you need a new carrier??? I will continue to order the cream but not happy with time it takes to get it! Thanks Richard Riddle

Not happy. Haven't recieved my package yet! After 3 phone calls telling me its been on its way since the middle of feb. And now its the middle of March and still nothing!

Never received it. Tracking number showed USPS never received it from you. Called you and was told it would be re shipped, emailed you to find out what new tracking number would be and you never responded. Very disappointed.

I ordered 3 books. One of the books I received was written in, making it obvious that the book was a used book. If someone returned a book, I wouldn't expect it to be resold as new! Needless to say, I was disappointed.

This is an amazing product! Rub it I and the pain relief is almost instant. It doesn't stink either. I have mild arthritic pain in my hands and as I rub it on my neck, or low back or even my knees, it helps my hands. Then I just watch my hands so I do not rub it I my eyes. The pain relief is still there in my hands.

I believe this is my final purchase from FC&A Publishing. The information in the book is not what I expected. Then I ended up on their email list and have received way too many “opportunities” to purchase more. I believe I’m done.

Yes, I have received the book Sitting Pretty with Grandma's Food Fixes, which was a nice way for False Advertising with that Title. However, there is nothing in it that I have read for many years, and would like to know 'where' do I send it back to? There was no form for that, so I assume I send it back to FC&A in Peachtree--right? I have 21 days to look at it , and I got it on Feb, 12th

I found many places in the book to be penny pinching without full knowledge. Especially the insurance advice. Insuring a small child is very inexpensive and you can buy plans that are very low with up to 6 times during the persons life when they can add insurance coverage. I have seen little ones uninsurable before they were 10. It is very sad. I would not recommend this book.

Outdated and very dated information that most people know already and all of which is available for free on the internet. I did not learn 1 thing. Also some very incorrect information.
