“This was my second order of the 6/1 natural casing dogs. The first batch was great, raved to everyone. This batch seems way oversmoked, more like smoked sausage, with deep orange juices instead of the usual light pink. The texture is also different, almost a heavier grind. Taste is ok, but not what I was expecting. Did you guys change sources or something?”

“Without a doubt the best hotdogs I have had and the only ones my kids will eat. Once you have tried them you will avoid the processed fake dogs forever. Also, the brats are almost like being back in Germany.”

“simply put, they have the BEST bacon, hotdogs AND burgers. the quality is everything. the bacon doesn't shred when you cook it, the hotdogs are dense but not rubbery and the burgers taste great!”

“Very good, very expensive. I ordered the Hamburger-hotdog package and cooked on Green Egg with Hiawian buns and they were delicious. They came in fantastic packaging that kept frozen long after I pulled out and put in freezer, very impressed. Good quality.”
