“I have never been disappointed. Usually surprised at the quality and speed of the shipment. Love the beige faux displays. They are very durable and great quality. “I have been very happy with the linen silver gift boxes that I have purchased from Fetpack. I use to purchase different silver gift boxes on Ebay and had to throw out 10 to 20 percent of them because of construction or spots on the inside. It was a relief to find nice boxes. Dee of Michigan”

“Everything we have ever purchased from Fetpack has met or exceeded our expectations. On our last order I made an error during the order process I didn't catch the mistake until I had already completed the transaction. Since it was after hours I sent an email to them explaining my error and asking if possible could they make the correction. I was hopeful but resigned to the fact I would probably be getting a product I didn't really want due to my own error. Monday morning I was extremely happy and relieved to receive a reply to my email telling me they made the correction and my order was on it's way!!! Great company and great customer service.”
