Website shows product in stock. After ordering, I get an email stating it is not in stock. Has happened a few times.

Have had great luck with Fetpack in the past. Order usually received in 1-2 days. This time many of the gift boxes I needed for Christmas sales were out of stock with no due date posted. Had to substitute color on 2 of the 3 box sizes I needed. In addition, placed an order on 16 Nov and has not arrived as of 23 Nov. Called Customer Service to help track delievery. Discovered company has been bought out and inventory transferred to Connecticut. Still waiting for a call from the Schrosel Paper representative to locate my order. Service needs to improve.

very cheaply made. 6 arrived unusable. Boxes flimsy and corners of plastic lids have to be taped by customer as most didn't hold. Purchased 10 yrs ago and this years model is terrible. Don't recommend

We are very surprised to hear that you were dissatisfied with our clear top jewelry boxes. We sell millions of these and never receive a complaint. The specs on these have not changed, they are manufactured in the USA and are the quality is markedly above our competitors boxes. We pride ourselves on having quality above the customers expectation and we are sad to here you were unhappy with these boxes. In the future if not happy with a product please request a RA number and we will refund you the full purchase price as long as the product is in the original carton and in the same condition they arrived in.

Order came fast , just didn’t like the earring boxes (black) they were replaced for my order that was out of stock the (black n cream) . Poor quality hard to open. Disappointed

Sorry you were not happy with our Black Onyx boxes. The boxes are the same paperboard (USA made) as the Coffee and Cream boxes (they were discontinued in the size you purchased). Sometimes the lids are more securely attached and a bit more difficult to remove. If not happy with these we can pick these up and send you another color that works better and easier to open. I thought I was placing the same order that I did the first time I ordered packed 6 months ago. The bags are not the same size nothing about the order is the same very disappointed.

When we ordered, we look at the same online catalog, we thought we order the same merchandise as we ordered before, but the new merchandise look cheaper than the old ones.

On your last order you ordered "F" series jewelry boxes. These are flock boxes. On most of your previous orders you ordered "Y" series jewelry boxes, these are our higher quality velvet boxes. If unhappy with the "F" boxes you ordered you may return them within 30 days from order and we will refund or exchange them. Let us know. Sorry for the confusion.

You ordered on May 27th and we shipped your order out on May 28th. In tracing your shipment UPS states that it was delayed due to inclement weather. We contacted you today and it is out for delivery today. We are sorry your shipment was delayed due to issues with the freight carrier.

After reading your review on April 15th we contacted you. You ordered on April 9th and your order was shipped out the same day by 1st class mail. Sometimes there are delays in transit as was probably in your case. By now you should have received your order and everything should be okay. I placed an order with Fetpak and submitted my credit card number on the webpage. The next day, a gentleman called and said he was from Fetpak and needed my credit card number. I thought this unusual and thinking he may possibly not be with Fetpak suggested that he should just cancel my order, which he did. It turned out he was in fact with Fetpak, but better safe than sorry, so I don't regret cancelling the order. NO I will NOT REVISE MY REVIEW. I have been the victim of identity theft in the past. If I give you my credit card number and you call me back to ask for the number again, how do I know how you are. NOT ACCEPTABLE.

We called you because the order you placed was missing the credit card number. We were simply calling for payment so we could ship your order out. "Fetpak" should come up on you caller ID or you could have googled the number we called from to verify it was in fact us. Not sure that us doing our job trying to process your order rates us a 2 star review, but hopefully you change it.

That's fine you feel you do not want to revise your review, we have over 2,000 five star reviews and have been in business for 31 years. We do understand not giving information out if unsure it's us or any other company you are dealing with. In the future a simple solution to that is to call back that company on their official phone line listed, or get caller ID or simply google the number dialing you. Any of those things would have saved us all time.

I was not happy with some of the items I received in my order. All of the white jewelry displays were old, dirty and looked like they had been broken and glued back together but then again i guess that's what you get when you order on sale items from a company you dont know much about. Sadly this was quite the disappointment and it totally turned me away from your company. I had planned to make a large order for other items that following week But I instead placed it with another company because of this issue

Hi Shari, just to clarify, besides the other items you ordered from us, two of the three closeout displays were dirty. We apologize for that as that is our error and those should not have been shipped to you. Being that this was your third order from us, we are sure you know that is not the norm for Fetpak. Your order totaled $97.35 and the damaged items were $8.90. We will issue a $15.00 credit to your account which you can apply to your next order. We did call you to discuss this on July 17th and we left a message as you were not available. Glad you were satisfied with our Jewelry Boxes and other Jewelry Displays you purchased from us. We do strive to only to stock high quality products. Hopefully you understand that mistakes do happen and give us another chance. We apologize.

You ordered on Saturday 06/29/19 and we shipped right out on Monday 07/01/19. Due to the holiday your package is being delivered today, 07/08/19. If you do not receive your package today please email manager@fetpak.com with your invoice number. Thank you.

Sad to say, most of the mini bags we order were discontinued. We did place and order and received someone else's order. There was difficulty in getting this corrected. I do have to say that we had not had this problem before. Unfortunately I don't want to use my time correcting a supply order so am looking for alternate supplier going forward.

The mini gift bag designs have changed so some of the older designs have been discontinued. On the order issue, yes we did ship you the incorrect package. We understand that the pickup and reshipping of your correct order is an inconvenience and we sincerely apologize for that. Please be assured that is not the norm for Fetpak. These bags are so clear and thin that they appear pink, not red at all. Sadly this doesn't fit in with the color scheme of our business, so I won't ever order them again. If you are looking for a hot pink bag, pick Red. If you're looking for a red bag, shop elsewhere.

You ordered 8" x 4" x 15" High Density Bags (crinkle), 11 Microns in Red. These are small bags and as a result are only 11 microns since weight capacity is usually not an issue. 11 microns is relatively thin and results in the color not being a deep red. If you ordered our low density bags (glossy/smooth) in red, say DCLD912 which is 9" x 12" and 1.5 mil (37.5 microns) which we stock, that would be a deep red, which is what you were looking for. We would have welcomed a return for an exchange or full refund but we cannot take back partial cases. We are sorry this didn't work out for you. We will copy the same reply on Facebook as you also left us a negative review there.

I ordered ring boxes for 60 championship rings that my husbands football team won. we recieved them on nov 29 and the rings were presented on dec 1st. when my husband and i were putting the rings in the boxes, we realized that 3/4 of the boxes were assembled wrong. when you place the ring in the box , the ring is supposed to be facing the front, but these were defective because the ring faced the back!!! we had to remove the piece glued down and re-insert it so it was facing correctly. ! very poor workmanship !!! they said i could get a refund only if i sent them back, there was no way i could because the rings were presented 2 days later. i will not be purchasing anything from your company in the future. i did request some sort of refund but they said only if i sent them, back which was impossible because i would not have gotten replacements in time.

Lisa, apparently you are still on your futile mission leaving negative reviews. Your negative reviews do not affect us as we have thousands of reviews and our ranking is one of the highest possible. 93% of our customers recommend us and we have a rating of 4.73 out of 5 which is extremely high in our industry. But continue on your mission as you seem to not have anything better to do. Below are our replies to you copied and pasted from your Facebook reviews: 1) You stated to us that you used all the boxes already for a function and you had nothing to return. If you have nothing to return, then we cannot refund you. To explain this reasoning: You bought a shirt at Macy's and it had a slight defect, but you decided to keep it. Then you went back to Macy's without the shirt and told then you want money back. Macy's would not refund money to you. This is identical to that situation, yet you feel the need to write a negative review about us. We were nice enough to offer you a courtesy credit for your next order, but apparently you do not want that. Not sure how you can justify wanting a refund with returning anything. You said you are contesting the charge, but we are sure the credit card company will feel the same way as we do. After three more separate comments from you we repsonded: 2) Not sure how many times we have to repeat this but the manufacturer did seem to put some inserts in backwards, however you used all the boxes. If you returned them we would have given you a full refund. Again read my "Macy's analogy" above. As far as we are concerned this case is closed and has been closed. Our customers know that we have the best prices and best service in the industry. We have been in business for 30 years, and yes we have crossed paths with unreasonable customers like you, although they are very far and few between. You can read our reviews right on this site and you will find very few negative ones and the few that there are are usually without merit, like yours.

We ordered 4 rolls of stickers, which were mailed in a USPS Priority envelope. The stickers weren't properly wrapped/packaged inside the box. When they arrived the rolls were damaged, flattened and dirty. I would recommend shipping your product in a box and securely packaging the product inside the box. The overall value of the product is worth it for what we needed it for.

If Item was damaged due to poor packing or defect we will replace. On the replacement the issue with the slots would be checked before shipping out another. Please email manager@fetpak.com with your invoice number and we can replace.

I received my order of 10 boxes of string merchandise tags. Highly disappointed when I opened the box. 8 boxes messed up and re taped. About 2 boxes destroyed and tags dumped loose. Only way I can tell if I received everything I ordered is to re bundle each bundle of 100 because they are all loose. Not happy! Ordered before no real issues. Will be looking else where in the future to order from!

From your description, it appears the carton was broken open during transit as we never ship loose tags or taped up inner boxes. Please email manager@fetpak.com with your name and invoice number and we will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund. Very sorry for the inconvenience.

I ordered some items but was not aware of the significant changes in shipping to Canada which had been put into place since my last order from Fedpak. The price more than doubled the cost of the items. When I refused to authorize a Broker for the shipment it was returned to Fedpak. This was several weeks ago now and I have yet to receive the tiny amount due back from my over $100.00 'lesson' in ordering from you.

Years ago we did have free shipping to Canada but with sharp rate increases the last few years we discontinued that offer. We did inform you of shipping charges and you agreed to those. You refused the order due to brokerage charges, we do not know these until your order crosses the border, however in all order confirmations to Canadian customers, it clearly states (in a large boxed off area), "All prices are in US Dollars. Depending on the value and items ordered, Canadian brokerage fees, taxes and/or duties may apply, please check with the Canadian Post Office or UPS for more details. Refused orders are responsible for round trip freight charges." We refunded the small remaining balance owed now.
