One of the boxes (lest side) is out of shape, another is scratched. Need quality control before shipping.

The picture of the puff pin pads on your website made me think that there was one top center hole for lapel pins. What I received were puff pads with two top center holes for buttons. I purchased this product to use for push pins and will have to see if I can make a hole to use them. It would be helpful if you show what the puff pads look like without an item attached to it and show front and back.

I did not receive an email order invoice copy but I did get an email response to my email for one. I was told to check my account for a copy. I do not have an account to check. Why, could they not just send me a copy of the invoice? Thank you

The box size is fine, what I don't like are the colors. I was hoping to get the same as I had before with more pastel colors, this shipment has dark and ugly colors.

The trays I ordered were not wrapped with any packing materials. Three of them were broken. The display I ordered for jewelry is decent but it's doesn't turn as easily as it should. For the price of the jewelry display I am disappointed.

Usually great, but would love it if they would put on the order site that a product is out of stock. Not finding out until the rest of the order arrives is annoying.

I placed a large order for shopping bags and at the time I placed the order, everything showed up as "in stock". It wasn't until I received a partial shipment that I realized one item (which was a large part of my order) was out of stock. I called twice and was simply told, "Yes, that item is out of stock. We don't know when it will be back in stock." That was two weeks ago and I haven't heard anything since about the status. I understand that major supply chain issues are going on and that it can be just as frustrating for the supplier, but I would have appreciated an email notifying me that the item was out of stock. Several days later, when I went to the Fetpak website to determine if I could substitute another size bag, the bags I had ordered still showed up as "in stock". The part of the order that I received, arrived very quickly and was in perfect condition, so I am grateful for that.

I was disappointed, not in the product, because I never received it. It was discontinued. I had previously purchased this particular model of tshirt bag after the model I had previously purchased had also been discontinued. I was prepared to purchase whatever newer, but similar model was available. However when the price had gone from $19.99 to $34.99, I had to cancel the order. I understand prices have been going up, but that was too much for me. The newer ones were a thicker bag, but the older ones were plenty thick and durable. I hope they bring back the older ones at a reasonable price. It's a good company and I would continue doing business with them.

We are sorry that outside factors have forced us to change what is normally a consistent and regular supply of Plastic Bags for our customers. There are major global supply chain issues occurring and sourcing some products has become challenging to say the least. As you pointed out, the bags you are comparing are different, they are much heavier and they are also printed "Thank You". But you are correct, the prices are higher. The higher prices due to those same supply chain issues resulting in major shortages, material and transportation costs spiking. We hope things return to normal soon, but in the meantime we are trying to supply our customers with product at the most reasonable price possible under these conditions. Hopefully things will improve in the months to come. Thank you for your previous purchases and we hope we can be of service to you again soon.

Hi, my name is Rubén Bonano. I have been customer of Fetpak Inc. for more that nine years. The only thing that I dont agree is to amoun of charges of the shipment proces when you send us the materials. I think its to hi when you compare with others orders from others states. Speciale from Ebay and from Amazone. I think too, that it takes to mucho days to confir the shipment proces. In this moment I suspend thepaking proces of the fotocopys because I dont have the material theres abou tre weks. The materials that you sell are of quality and in this order thre are good prices. Thank you for being a long time customer of Fetpak, we really appreciate that. On shipments out of the 48 Contiguous States the customer has to approve freight costs before we ship out. This usually only takes one day. The products you usually purchase from us are heavy and shipping can be high, but we only charge you our freight cost, we pass along our discounts to you. Also as you know our prices are low with good quality so even with the freight other companies, including those on Amazon and Ebay have a very difficult time competing with us. Thanks again for your orders.

The package was delivered very quickly, less then two days. The boxes were pretty mashed up and the reackshad several scratches all over them. They were built sturdy and easy to put together.

Sounds like your order was damaged in transit. If any of the racks arrived scratched please call our customer service at 631-864-3090 and reference your invoice number and we will replace damaged items. Hours are Mon-Fri 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET. Very sorry for the inconvenience.

You ordered on Dec 8th and we shipped out your order the same day via USPS, 1st Class mail. It appears it's still in transit, as of the morning of Dec 10th it was in the St Louis Distribution Center. So it appears that is where the delay is. Your package is still expected to be delivered, but USPS is not giving a date on that yet. Just so you know there have been many packages that have been delayed in transit lately. But Fetpak received and shipped your order on the same day, the rest is out of our control. Sorry for the inconvenience.

You placed your order on Monday 11/23/20 at 11:00 AM ET. We shipped out your order the same day from New York. It was shipped via 1st class mail. Seems there may have been a delay in transit as it crossed over the Thanksgiving Day Holiday on its way to Texas by the USPS.

When I received the order it was damaged. I call to talk to customer service and was advised that i would not be given the full name of the rep that was helping me. Initially I asked for a replacement, however after the conversation i asked for a refund.

One tray arrived cracked. Anthony had called and left his phone number because I was a new customer. I had to listen to his message 4 times to get phone number...he spoke so fast could not understand. Thanks, Nancy Guinn

We have refunded your credit card for $3.95 for the one tray that arrived damaged. Sorry Anthony did not leave the phone number clearly, that is not the norm at Fetpak. We know that can be frustrating and we apologize for that.

many of the boxes were just thrown into shipping carton and the outer white boxes were damaged making those useless for sales of jewelry. quite upset about the careless packing!!!!

It's possible they were damaged in transit and repacked by the carrier, but please call us to make sure and we will immediately remedy the problem.
