In general everything was really very good but I was very disappointed that because I didn't check my first shipment to discover that it was the wrong item, my fault, and could not return it because you have a 30 day policy. Plastic bags are not perishable and I found it very inconvenient. I could understand orders that were several months old but 30 days is a little short.

As of today 5/1/17,,, i haven't received my packaged...it was sent out on the 24th of April...hope to get it..Plus, i never received a tracking number...hope everything is ok... finally received it...but i needed to have a close to a definite date as to when i will receive it...thats why i wanted a tracking number...

You ordered on Monday April 24th and we shipped out the same day. Transit time is 5 business days to your location. Package is on time and out for delivery today, May 1st. Thank you for your order.

I really don't have a complaint about receiving the order. My only complaint is how hard it is to order. I use a new iMac with safari and your webpage is jumbled. It comes in okay on my android tablet and phone. I had to sign in multiple times before it would agree that the access code was right. Love your products, just hard to get in.

I'd ordered jewelry boxes in various sizes from Fetpak about 10 some years ago. Those were great quality. The ones I ordered last month and received recently were good but very okay in quality. For example the long necklace/bracelet boxes, the clips don't stay closed and so the box opens very easily and some of the boxes are 'peeling' so I have to glue them on again. Going to have to work at each one to make sure they stay closed. But overall, I'm glad you still carry these jewelry boxes - they are perfect for all the gifts I have to give for my daughter's wedding. Thank You.

Continues to not send tracking number when item has been shipped. Lucky I ordered labels...the loose 6 pack boxes on top where crushed during shipping.

We apologize for any items damaged in transit. If you would like a replacement please call our Customer Service at 631-864-3090 with the exact damage and your invoice number and we will correct this. As for tracking numbers, all future orders will have tracking numbers emailed to you.

Unable to respond fully as package still in transit. UPDATE: Package received on 1/24. The plastic mailer bag had several punctures & tears on the bottom side. The contents arrived essentially undamaged, however one of the baggies of 50 zip bags had a hole torn & the bottom end had burst. The product meets the description.

The shipment was quick and orderly. But becausekf the size of the photos I was shipped the wrong size. I ordered 1. 5 inches by 1.5 inches but with the same penguin design not blue

You ordered 2" x 2" Dolphins in Blue. On that size the latest shipment we received was Purple Dolphins instead of Blue so we sent those. We can take those back if you like and exchange or refund you. Email manager@fetpak.com with your invoice number and let us know if you want to do that. We apologize for the different color sent, usually we contact our customers when we substitute. Thank you.

As a Canadian customer I can no longer order from Fetpak. The original attraction was free shipping but now you no longer offer this, making the cost too expensive. I will order from Canadian suppliers in the future.

We understand your viewpoint on this. Just so you know, UPS and USPS shipping rates to Canada soared the last 4 years and despite our negotiated freight discounts we had no choice but to discontinue our free shipping to Canada. After us paying freight costs we were actually starting to lose money on many of our shipments to Canada. We are sorry this happened as we enjoyed many years of giving great service to our customers in Canada. Of course we still have many Canadian customers and shipping costs on lighter weight items is still reasonable, so you may want to inquire about freight costs from us, just let us know the items and quantities. It's possible you can still save money placing an order with Fetpak even after freight charges.

I purchased the 2-door jewelry holders, and some of them were poor quality. I called, but nobody has gotten back to me about this. My customers expect really good quality. alanandsuzanne@att.net Please help me resolve this.

We apologize for not returning your call, please be assured this is not the norm for Fetpak. Regarding the Double Door Boxes, we have experienced some issues with these as the manufacturer did not meet our standards. When we discovered this we recalled the entire batch made for us, however some had been already shipped out. We will contact you on Monday and arrange for pickup and an exchange (from a different batch) or refund. Very sorry for the inconvenience.

I was happy with how they handled my order up until I received it. I ordered the wrong size poly bags and emailed customer service asking what I could do in order to return them. I know most places charge a restock fee well I'm not sure what you charge considering I didn't even get a hey your screwed email back.

I buy bags to pack food in for our local Weekend Backpack Food program for needy children. When I've bought these bags previously, it was not possible to see through them. which is what we want. This time, the green bags are translucent, meaning what is in them can be seen, even though they are dark green. Not sure why this changed, but wish they were still opaque.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. After checking our stock, you are correct, the dye on the latest batch of this size green bag is not quite as heavy as previous bags we had. We are now correcting this with the manufacturer and next batch should be back to the heavier stock. These will take some time, but in the future we will be back to carrying the more heavily dyed green bags. Very sorry for the inconvenience.

Though shipping of order and delivery was quick, the shipping carton was almost destroyed in transit. Ordered gift boxes and shipping carton was pretty banged up and weakened from the weight of the goods.

It could have been better & my package could have arrived in better shape when it arrived. I like free shipping. Someone gave me a hard time about my credit card ( which is in good standing) the frist time I sent a order in,so I canceled my order. If I could have found what I needed I probably would have not did this order. If u do not send to P.O. boxes it should state so on the order blank on line. So this why I rated u average.

Thank you for your feedback. The credit card issue may have been due to the shipping address not matching the credit card address. For first time orders, to protect both the credit card holder and ourselves, in most situations these need to match. We do ship to PO boxes, however it depends on the weight and dimensions of the items you are ordering. Since Fetpak has free shipping, we choose the carrier. Your order was bulkier and more economical to be shipped UPS. The customer is welcomed to choose the carrier, however if it is different from ours we would have to add a surcharge for the additional cost. We apologize for any inconvenience the credit card issue and shipping location caused. We are sure that if you decide to order from us again, that everything will go smoothly. We hope you give us that chance.
