“Love your service but why are the bags we ordered so difficult to open? We've never had this issue before but everyone here has made a comment about it...are you cutting them differently? Definitely slows us down a bit, just wondering.”

“Have been ordering from fetpak for a very long time. Love their plastic bags an colorful tissue paper. This last order of tissue paper is much thinner than what we have ordered in the past. Still love the colors but need to use 2 sheets or else it rips very easily.”

“I was drawn to FetPak by the lower prices…with ULine being the competitor. FetPak was just as fast & much less costly; although quality was notably lower-but the cost difference made this a minor problem. Now FetPak pricing is mere pennies less than ULine. While less is still GOOD, we’ll need to consider the quality issue once again…as it is actually a count of the failure/ REJECT rate of packaging & shipping components.”

“Not a bad company product was not in one of the orders so it was substituted which I think I would have rather have had my money back then substituted for the bags that I got and shipping did take a little longer than I expected but otherwise pretty good”

“As before, the products I ordered are good quality. My only concern is that since the ordered gift boxes had no padding around them to absorb the impact along the edges/corners of the shipping container/box, the gift boxes along the corners and a few along the long edges of the shipping box were a bit damaged with crumpled corners/edges.”

On certain products our stock cannot be re-supplied fast enough. This is due to the global supply chain issue occurring as there are major shortages in: labor, materials and transportation. We are doing our best to keep inventory at our normal levels but this is a challenge to say the least. Hopefully the supply chain issue is resolved soon and we can go back to our 98% fill rate.

Glad you like our tags. Many Wholesalers purchase over $1,200 (total of all items) from us to receive last column on every item. That gives them room for resale. Thank you for your comment.

“The produce bags are excellent for home use. Great savings. The rolls shrank by 50% since I last ordered 12 years ago and still a bargain over the small packages at the grocery store.”

Glad our Produce Bags work out for you. As you mentioned, the rolls are smaller than 12 years ago but the cost is very close to the price back then. Resin prices have risen sharply over those years so it was either double the price or reduce the roll size. Thank you for your review.
