“Great company to deal with. Very fast shipping and customer service is great. The only reason I took a star off is because I buy the small t-shirt bags for my company (a dog daycare). I did notice that the last 2 shipments of bags were much thinner than they used to be. It's the way of the world I guess to have cheaper materials. It is what it is. Still a great company.”

Thank you for being a great customer of ours over the last several years. The thickness and strength of our T815 T-Shirt Bags you purchased haven't changed, they are still 11 mIcrons thick. We did change from embossed bags which may make it feel differently, but the composition and strength of the bag itself remains the same. Thanks again!

“I had been looking at many sites for a #5 merchandise tag with a shorter string than the 4 1/4-1/2" string. I found this site and contacted customer service since the string length is not mentioned in the description. The warehouse measured one of the tags and found the string was just what I needed about 3 1/4-1/2" tied. Perfect. So thank you for your assistance in my inquirty; fast and efficient.”

The Cotton Filled Boxes are sold in full cartons only, however most of our other jewelry boxes are sold individually or by dozens. Sorry we can't break the cases on the Cotton Filled Boxes. Thank you for being customer of ours.

“All products arrived and within an expeditious fashion. Quality was just was expected which is very good. Only drawback was that some of the white boxes were actually dirty and cannot be used. The actual jewelry boxes inside the white containers were fine, however, so not a big deal other than a I cannot use some of the white boxes.”

“Bought two size 3 mil bags and really like the bags and the smaller size 3x5 have been perfect. The larger 6x9 have had some minor quality issues with a handfull of the zipper tops being broken and the bag unuseable. Without that problem would have been a five.”

“I ordered 5 little black boxes for earrings i can use them but had the feeling they were not specifically made for earrings. The delivery was fast so that was a plus. Thank you”

“We ordered tissue paper and frosted plastic shopping bags. Both products arrived 4 days from the day I ordered them, which was very fast. Both products were just as I expected. My only complaint is that the bags were not carefully packaged and are rumpled within the box. They will straighten out a little bit after hanging, but they won't look as nice as they would have if care had been taken to make sure they laid flat in the box. The free shipping was our main reason for switching to Fetpak over the previous company we used. The savings was considerable.”

“The product and shipping are always outstanding. I have been buying from Fetpak for 25 years. This experience, however, was frustrating because I tried to sign out as a guest and your site recognized my name and made me sign in...and of course, not remembering the password I had to reset it. Once I reset it, the site told me I needed a new password so again, I reset it and finally was able to order. Very frustrating. It took about 20-30 min out of a busy day.”

If you have signed in previously, your account, signified by your email address is registered in our system. Not sure why you would have to reset your password twice as you can keep your password permanently or decide to change it in the "my account" area. Shipping to Puerto Rico is extremely high so that makes it difficult for us to offer free shipping like we do in the Contiguous 48 States. Many of our Puerto Rico customers have their orders shipped to Miami and then use a freight forwarder to Puerto Rico.

“My order came promptly. I have put about 1/3 of the slider bags to use. One of the sliders was cracked and came off. So far the ones I used were fine. The bags are sturdy.”

“Good Morning, Just wanted to make you aware of the 4 boxes we received 3 of them wore torn open. Not sure if it was on your end or UPS. I assumed it was UPS but just wanted to make you aware. I will send photos for your reference. I don't know if any are missing and there are too many to count so we are not worried about it.”

It appears that the cartons were all damaged in transit by UPS. Going by the pictures you sent it does seem like no plastic bags fell out, so that is good news. Damage to the cartons such as this is unusual but we will put a note in your account to pack all future orders in master cartons instead of strapping cartons together. We appreciate the feedback and glad you are satisfied with the products we carry. On our shipping, we have flat rate shipping of $8.95 on orders $85 and under. Over $85 and there is Free Shipping. The cost to process small orders is high and therefore we have no choice but to charge our flat rate fee.
