You placed your order on Feb 6th at 8:30 PM EST. We shipped your order out on Feb 7th. It's five days transit time to your location. We checked UPS tracking and package will be delivered to you today, Feb 14th. Thank you for your order.

“Boxes are great and as described! One feedback would be not to send the email to ask for a review until the package has arrived. I got the email asking for a review and it worried me that my package had gotten lost or stolen since it hadn't arrived yet. We have Free Shipping on orders over $85. Under $85 our flat rate shipping is $8.95 to the 48 Contiguous States.

“The poly sleeves are excellent and I am a repeat buyer of these. There seems to be a problem with coupon loading on the website as the given 10% off coupon did not work on the order I placed. I proceeded to send a note about that to Fetpak page on FaceBook. They assured it was working. When I finalized my order, it did not work then either. They did not take this discount out manually as I asked with my order, one of their representatives just told me that the coupon had expired????!!!!”

The 10% Off Catalog Page Number Coupon Expired on Oct 8th. You placed your order on Oct 11th. However we can put a credit of $7.56 in your account since we do have a record of discussing this with you on Facebook prior to Oct 8th. Credit will be deducted from your next order. “The bracelet's box looks good for a $400 bracelet. It comes in a protective white cardboard box. It was delivered on time and well protected for shipment. Of course, if you buy the most expensive Van Clef or Tiffany's piece of jewelry you may get a box free of charge. I did not so, for me, the Fetpack solution fit the bill perfectly.”
