Thank you for your feedback. In the 48 Contiguous States, on orders over $85 there is Free Shipping, otherwise there is a small flat rate fee of $8.95. https://www.fetpak.com/freeshipping.php

“We ordered some bubble wrap sleeves that are a good size for what we needed them for, and the price was good. I would have given it 5 stars except the shipping! Good Lord, the thing weighed a few ounces (it was bubble wrap for Pete's sake) and we didn't need it in a hurry, but the website insisted we had to have it Fed Exed for $30! That was crazy.”

I believe you have the wrong company for a number of reasons. 1) We do not use FedEx 2) We have Free Shipping on ALL orders over $85 and Flat Rate Shipping of $8.95 on Orders $85 and under. 3) We don't carry the large rolls of bubble wrap, we do carry the dispenser bubble wrap. Please check on the company you purchased these from and let them know about their excess shipping charges.

Thank you for your feedback. We do realize that shipping costs to Canada can be high. We try to minimize freight costs to Canada and we will ship via USPS if it's the least expensive way. Glad you liked our products and thank you for your order.

“Very satisfied with the quality and delivery of my order... the only complaint is that the earring boxes are too small for my designs. The image on the website was deceiving...in the photo on the order page it looked like substantial earrings were displayed next to the box. In reality they would be a very close fit. Lesson: be sure to measure...do not depend on the image”

“The bags are just what I wanted, and were difficult to locate (the size) so I was happy to find them online at Fetpak. However the one thing preventing from giving a higher rating is that it took a long time to receive them.”

We located your order and found that you ordered on 10/16/16 Sunday at 1:09 PM ET. We shipped via UPS on 10/17/16 Monday. You received your order on 10/24/16 Monday. It's 5 business days from NY to CA, which is an on time delivery. Thank you for your order and feedback.

“Honestly I'll have to wait to give my opinion. The product was very satisfactory; however I ordered more than I thought. I kept what I needed and returned the rest and asked for a credit. We'll see how they handle the credit before I decide to order some other items from Fetpak. Thanks, John Clifford”

“The boxes are really nice. On the website it says they will have silver buckles, they came with gold buckles. The color doesn't bother me but the website should be updated so that other customers aren't confused.”

Our error as we had silver clasps but the last shipment we received gold, which it usually is. We neglected to change this on our website. Our apologies on this.
