Did not specify out of stock for my order....wrote me after purchase that it would be 2-3 weeks for delivery!!! This is not ethical...

Items I ordered were out of stock. I wish your system would be updated constantly so items could be labeled, "out of stock", " unavailable" or "backordered", instead of processing the order and then getting back to your client informing them that items are not in stock, then canceling their order.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review about your experience with Fetpak Holdings, LLC. We apologize that the order did not go smoothly for you. However, we attempted to reach out to you multiple times, both before and after this review was posted. We have received no response from you, other than this review and this review does not accurately reflect what happened. Your order was not canceled because items were out of stock. It is our policy to ship everything we have in stock at the time an order is placed and then ship items that are out of stock, at no additional charge to the customer. Our shipping policy clearly states customers outside the continental United States will have additional shipping fees. We have contacted you at least 7 seven times, by email and phone, to resolve the additional shipping fees issue and have gotten no response. Sometimes we will "cancel" an order to get an unresponsive customer's attention, but it can be reinstated. If you would like to place your order again, and pay the additional shipping fees for delivery outside the continental United States we can accommodate that.

Bought $49.99 of bags that said included shipping. Then I get a paypal request asking for another $40. I´m still waiting for my refund.

Thank you for your order. We are in the middle of a move to a bigger warehouse, as was noted on our website banner. We hope to have the move complete mid Dec. Your credit card has not been charged and will not be charged until the order ships. Thank you for your patience we will attempt to reach out to you via phone during the week.

First, let me say thank you for your order. We appreciate your business. We do our best to keep our website up to date and note items that are "out of stock" but customers can still place backorders. The item you purchased was on backorder, and my notes say that a CSR reached out to you on the 17th to see if you wanted to substitute products. You then called in and unfortunately, no one was available to take your call. No one was available because we are in the middle of a move to a bigger warehouse, as was noted on our website banner. We hope to have the move complete mid Dec. Thank you for your patience we will attempt to reach out again via phone.

Website does not work, does not remember you and allow log back in to reorder or reveiw orders placed. We almost feel this was on purpose as set up account twice and could never get back in. Then sent wrong color bags and shipped display case very poorly packaged with key in door with no protection, broke key off in lock and damaged door. then want to blame on carrier. Does not meet our co-op standards or any really. advise to stay away. Too bad

Not sure for the reason to attack us through assumptions, but our website actually works fine as tens of thousands of our customers consistently order from it. We have been in business for over 30 years and are well known for our honesty, quality products and reliability. You ordered 4 cases of blue bags and we shipped blue bags. You must have mistakenly through you ordered green. Check your order confirmation, as it clearly states blue. Of course you are welcomed to exchange these for green. As for the showcase, we don't blame the carrier, but when a customer says there is damage to our product we look at the reasons why. Reasons ranging from a carrier repacking the item to extremely rough handling. After gathering the information we can then determine the outcome and responsibility. We have have over 30 years of partnerships with our carriers, to assume that we wanted to blame them for something they did not do is just false. To also assume that we set up our website so we can get you to sign up for two accounts is also blatantly false. We do not appreciate your assumptions and they actually border on slander. Our customers know us well and our new customers are welcomed to read some of the thousands of great reviews we receive. We have one of the highest ratings in the packaging business. We believe that speaks for itself and we trust that one review from a disgruntled person will not change this at all.

I've ordered from this company many times & they've always been very good with shipping and the actual products but this Most recent order I placed a larger than normal order and I didn't receive one of my items. I tried to call, i also sent a message via chat and crickets, haven't heard anything. If It were just for tissue paper or something small i wouldn't have complained, things do happen but this was for a large package of gift boxes I ordered that totaled about $33.00. sad That i will have to look somewhere else because after a company you have counted on starts messing up it typically get's worse not better.

Shipping was excellent except for the earring boxes were very poor quality will not buy them again . I will stick to my old items

Thank you for being a customer of Fetpak over the years. The earring boxes you were unhappy with was only the Black Pinstripe style. We emailed you offering a credit on the ones that the quality didn't meet your expectations but we haven't heard back. We know you purchase many other style jewelry boxes from us and we are glad you are still happy with all of those. We look forward to continuing to serve you.

Did not know where our order was that was suppose to take 3 days? Come to find out it was sent back to New York and then I was charged another $8.95 for shipping after I already paid shipping when I ordered it. Will not order again from you.

Your order was returned by USPS due to missing company name and missing office number. It was entered on the online order form with that information missing. When we received the package back we contacted you for the correct address, which you gave us. We corrected it and reshipped. We were charged again by USPS for reshipping. Sorry you won't be ordering from us again, but it was an error on your end when information was missing and USPS was unable to deliver it to you.

Fetpak shipped your order out within one business day of receipt. You ordered on Sunday, Dec 6th. We shipped on Monday Dec 7th via Priority Mail. Due to delays in transit by USPS your package took one week to arrive and you received it on Dec 14th. Due to factors we cannot control, there have been many package delays, all due to in transit issues. Like always, Fetpak continues to ship all packages same day or next business day.

The Jewelry Carrying Case you ordered, #91-G is still out of stock. They are due to arrive in late September. We can ship the two carrying cases to you at that time. We did not ship your order. Your shipping address did not match your billing address on the card. We attempted to contact you several times via phone and email, but we did not receive a response from you. So we then canceled your order. Please call us at 631-864-3090 Mon-Fri 9 AM to 5 PM ET if you would like to place your order again.
