This company is very unreasonable in regards to a refund. We sent a check which was promptly cashed, so we do not qualify for a refund. They were more than willing to accept our money but not willing to return it or even a portion of it. LET THE BUYER BEWARE unless you pay with Credit Card you will not receive a refund FOR ANY REASON. This should be stated in BOLD AT THE TOP on their website!

We give full refunds on all Credit Card or PayPal Orders, this represents 99% of our customers (besides open account customers). Unlike many of our competitors, we do not have any restocking fees. As it clearly states in our Terms of Sale, "We can only issue refunds on orders where payment was by Charge Card or PayPal, otherwise a replacement or credit to your Fetpak account will be issued." As with all purchases, we will gladly exchange the item you purchased for another product(s) at Fetpak.

We have ordered from the company for at least five years because you identify and carry products made in the U.S. However, in a recent order of U.S. made kraft bags - only one my five cases were made in the U.S. I was told by a customer rep that you had changed your source from the U.S. to China. This was not made known before the order arrived and would require us to make arrangement to ship back 4 cases right before our busy holiday season. We built our business on buying U.S. only items 98% of the time and it is why we bought from your company.

We apologize for not informing you that we now also carry imported Paper Shopping Bags. However we will slowly be shifting back to Made in USA Shopping Bags as we also prefer to keep the business in the USA. Very sorry for our failure to inform you and for your inconvenience.

THE POST OFFICE APPARENTLY DELIVERED MY PACKAGE AT 1:55 TODAY, NOV 19. WELL IT NEVER MADE IT TO MY MAIL BOX OR MY FRONT DOOR AND NOW NO ONE IS AVAILABLE TO HELP. YOU NEED A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP AVAILABLE AFTER HOURS AT ALL TIMES FOR CUSTOMERS THAT DO NOT RECEIVE THEIR PACKAGE WHEN PROMISED. WELL TO SAY THE LEAST I WILL NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN. ONE LESS CUSTOMER I GUESS DOESN'T HURT YOU BUT I WILL NOTIFIED BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

My counter earring display is scratched and looks used on the top and bottom of the fixture. I'm disappointed you would send this damaged item out knowing it is to be used to display merchandise,and it looks awful. I would load more pictures of all the damage. But it will only let me load 1.

I am very displeased with service at this time. My order was shipped out on Feb 10th, 2016. As of today I still have not received it. I called and spoke with Lisette a extension 125 on Monday the 22nd to check status. This is after receiving this survey email and emailing the link provided in the event I had not received my order. I never got any response. Upon speaking with Lisette she advised it was an error on Fetpaks side that they shipped my order to my billing address rather than my shipping address but assured me I would receive the package the next day on the 23rd. I thanked her for checking and getting this corrected. Then, I did not receive my order on the 23rd and as of today I still have not received it so I called back. When she was not available I spoke with a gentleman named Anthony. I told him what Lisette had advised me Monday, he told me that was impossible. The system showed I did not reorder my order and that I should speak with Lisette. He was rather brash and unempathatic , but said Lisette will call me back sometime today. While writing this review Anthony called me back and advised me that my order is being shipped out and that I should receive it by Monday of next week, he was nice enough to to provide me a tracking number this time. So, I still do not have my order, I don't appreciate being misinformed Monday when speaking with Lisette, and I do no not appreciate the attitude today from Anthony on my initial call. I run my own business now after running call centers for several years, I understand mistakes occur, but giving a customer attitude when calling in about an error is not acceptable especially when I was pleasant to him. It shouldn't be this difficult to get a simple order, an order that is holding up my business currently.

Teri, we did ship to the incorrect address and certainly apologize for that. Please be assured that mistakes such as that are a rarity at Fetpak. We re-routed your package and rechecked tracking and you will be receiving your order on Monday, Feb 29th. We have spoken with our customer service people and that while it may have not been handled perfectly there was no intention of being brash as they were only trying to help as shown by Anthony's research and callback. We have one of the best customer service departments in the business and while things don't always go smoothly you can see by our reviews the praises the department often receives. Due to this entire situation and your inconvenience we are issuing a $15.00 credit off your next order (just mention the credit and we will deduct $15.00 from your next invoice). I hope that helps you decide to give us another try so we can prove to you our great service.

I ordered earring boxes, and was instead mailed ring boxes. Since it was the week before Christmas, I had to make do... no time to return. Fetpack then offered me a small credit, after Christmas, which was of no help whatsoever.

Your order for 1 box at $1.95 was not shipped out in error. When we were notified by you we offered to ship it out immediately. However you insisted we ship it Next Day Air which would have cost us $30.26. We even offered to absorb some of that cost, which you refused. For a $1.95 order we went beyond over and above for you, sorry you didn't appreciate that.

This small order was shipped in a USPS envelope. It arrived torn and re-taped by the post office. All the packs of bags were crushed and wrinkled. We returned what we received but were given a refund minus one pack of bags because they were not returned. They were not returned because we did not receive them. As I said, the USPS envelope was torn open and one pack obviously fell out. This is not an issue of money, but rather of the incompetency of your shipping people and the small minded accounting person in your company. In any event, it was nice knowing you. You originally did not inform us of the shortage of one package gift bags. We then issued an RMA for five gift bag packages, which is what you ordered. You returned four of the five, you then changed your story and told us now the order was now damaged in transit and was now missing the fifth gift bag package. However originally there was no mention of any of the gift bags lost in transit. We received four packages back and refunded you for those four.

We ordered 36 gift bags and all of them a faulty! All are split at the seams and totally unusable! We are shocked and dissapointed beyond belief.

Louise, it seems there was a manufacturing issue with these particular gift bag batch. We are working with the manufacturer to correct this problem. Joseph, as per your online order form you ordered 200 M436 Black on 09/15/15 and we shipped 200 M436 Black on 09/15/15. If you are unhappy with these bags please contact manager@fetpak.com or call our Customer Service Mon-Fri from 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time at 631-864-3090 and we can issue an RA number for a full refund.

I placed an order #58919 on 9/13. It was supposedly shipped on 9/15. Transit time according to your map; I have no other way of tracking my package because the invoice # is useless, should be 4-5 days. This is 10/21 and still no package. I am very dissatisfied with this! Please track my package and let me know the status. Track by Reference >>>UPS could not locate the shipment details for your request. Verify your information and try again.

I placed an order on May 29 and by June 8 it still hadn't come so I emailed them , they said they cancelled my order because they don't ship to Canada anymore and they couldn't get ahold of me to approve the freight charges. I did not receive any messages about this and the freight charges are as much as the order so no thanks I won't be shopping here again .

Our error on this as we had the incorrect email address. We do ship to all of Canada, however as a courtesy we contact all Canadian customers with freight charges for their approval before shipping.

Ordered from this company and got the WORST junk. The paper bags came improperly shipped , all stacked together and the bags inside were ripped, stained,..just like some kids threw them into a box and sent them out to me. I feel like they were seconds..or thirds...not ordering again. Didn't send back cuz i didn't want to deal with the horrible customer service or pay for the return shipping. Just using them as lunch bags...need a lunch bag? I have LOTS of them..don't put anything too heavy in the bag..it might rip! I don't like to leave such a scathing review, but to be honest, i woudn't want others to deal with what i dealt with. They offered to have me send back the bags ( at my cost) then review at their discression what % of the bags were faulty then send back to me what was correct....please...are you kidding? Too much fuel waisted sending stupid bags back and forth across the US! I ordered from my usual contact...i won't stray again.

You sent us a photo of the bags and only a few pieces seemed to be damaged in transit. We offered to credit you or replace any damaged bags. However, you did not even open the bags in the other cases, you just seemed to want to reject everything. We just wanted you to inspect the entire shipment, not the few pieces that broke out of the cartons. When products arrive damaged, we try to always replace them, however replacing perfectly good items and sending merchandise across the country simply is not wise. Our Natural Kraft Paper Shopping Bags are all 1st Quality, Made in USA, and Made from 100% Recycled Materials. All are also FSC certified (Forest Stewardship Council US). For you to assume otherwise is just not correct.
