The gloves received are too big. Is for someone with hands bigger than the average person. Should be Less size. I you have medium size send me 2 packs. If you have tighter nitrate gloves send me 2 pack. You are authorize to charge to my Visa card already in your record.

The Clear Disposable Gloves you purchased are one size fits all. They are mostly used for food service and are designed not to fit tight. You are welcomed to return any unopened box and exchange for our tighter fitting Nitrile Gloves or for a refund. We cannot accept returns of opened boxes due to hygienic concerns. If interested in returning or exchanging, please email manager@fetpak.com with your invoice number.

You placed an order with a credit card that did not match the shipping address. We emailed you on 03/16/20 and we called you two times on 3/17/20 and left messages. Odd we did not hear back from you, instead you decided to publicly complain. We were not about to ship an order out with a credit card that did not match the shipping address and with no responses to our emails and calls. We always try to minimize fraud to protect ourselves and our customers. By the way, we never charged the credit card, we did hold it for authorization. We are releasing that hold and you should see the funds freed up within a few days.

My order says it was delivered but I never received it so I would either like a refund or the stuff I purchased I am very upset with the situation! As you can see in the photo it says usps delivered it I’m not sure what happened If it was addressed properly but I definitely did not receive my items!

Not sure why you chose to give us 1 star and write this review without informing us first. We did our part in packing, shipping and sending out your order from our warehouse. We cannot follow the USPS delivery person to your house to make sure they put the package in your mailbox and you come outside and take it out. Maybe that is what you expect for your $18.90. We are refunding you $18.90.

It appears you ordered the Organza Pouches instead of the Velour-Textured Pouches. We called and spoke with you and we have processed the RA. Once we receive your new order we will ship it right out. Thank you.

I still do not have my product and my event was yesterday. I tried to cancel and was told I would have to pay 90.00 in shipping from USPS. I spoke with USPS and it does not cost that much to ship. I will NEVER ever do business again with this company.

You placed an order on 04/04/19 and we shipped it out the same day. All orders received before 1:00 PM ET are shipped out the same day. It's a four days transit time (business days) to your location and your package was delivered on 04/10/19 at 7:24 PM. We never received an email stating that you wanted to cancel the order until 04/08/19, despite you claiming that you sent an email on 04/04/19. We asked you to send us a copy of the email from 04/04/19, but you never did. The shipping charge we quoted you of $90 would be for round trip shipping if you chose to refuse the package. This is what UPS charges us. We would have gladly canceled your order if you told us before it left our facility. Sorry this didn't work out for you, but Fetpak did what we normally do, which is ship out orders the same day received.

I ordered some items and a few days later got a email that said I needed to take extra steps to have my order processed since i was a new customer. So I took those steps ; contacted customer service , verified my info. I was told "everything is fine they will put in my order" 2 days later I got ANOTHER email saying I needed to send a picture of the front and back of my debit card and send them more personal information. I cancelled the order and very disappointed with this company. I do not intend to use them again.

Since this was a purchase going to a residential address and not a business address and due to the nature of the product you were purchasing, we needed to ship to the Billing Address on your debit card. So to protect your security and ours we requested proof of card possession. You failed to supply that and we were left with no choice but to cancel your order.

You ordered on Sunday Nov 4th and you asked for special air/ground 3 day delivery, which is an additional freight charge. On Monday Nov 5th we attempted to contact you with the freight charge via email and phone but did not get a response. Same on Tuesday and Wednesday. After several attempts with no response we had to cancel your order. If you would like to place a new order we are here for you. Thank you.

Postage was due when order was delivered to me. I paid the full shipping price at checkout but was charge more when it arrived. For two little boxes that cost less than three dollars I paid nearly 9 dollars for shipping and then had to pay postage due of a 1.50 more! Total rip off and for what I received ripped off twice! Won’t shop here again! Also I receive no communication about my order.

The postage due will be refunded to your credit card today. That is our error and be assured that is not the norm. Our freight charge of $8.95 is for orders under $85.00. Your order totaled $2.78. Fetpak is a distributor and rarely does a customer purchase such a small dollar amount from us. However when someone does the $8.95 still applies to cover our shipping and processing costs.

My order had a clerical error. 4 of my items were wrong and I had misread the sizing and one was wrong on my part. It was made right but the lady was trying to charge me another $9 for shipping it was only when I said something about it that she recommended we split it. I didn’t have the energy to bicker about a couple bucks good customer service should have covered the entire measly $9 shipping. Though that was pretty petty.

There were errors on both sides, but as a courtesy we should have not split the $8.95 shipping cost. I have given you a Fetpak credit for $10.00 towards your next order. Sorry for the inconvenience.

First...what went right. I placed the order, then was quickly contacted by Peg who told me the color I chose was not in stock. I chose another color and explained that I needed it by the following week. She sent an email as soon as it was mailed. I was thrilled! Then the day before I needed the item I contacted Fetpak to see where it was. They told me the package was refused. I find this hard to believe as I have worked for this university for 10 years and had my name, my program name and address on the package. I cannot understand who, in the mailroom, would return a package that had all that info on it. Did they really send it out on time???? I question what happened, but will never really know. Bottom line, is I had to run around after work to various stores looking for the item so I could have it for my event tonight. Not what I wanted to do on my time. Sadly, I can't say I'm comfortable ordering from Fetpak again. Again, the communication with Peg was excellent, just not the actual deliver of the item. *** Please email me the UPS tracking #. We get deliveries from UPS every week. I would like to look into this and find out who refused the package. Thank you.

You ordered on May 1st and we shipped your order out the same day. It arrived at your location May 3rd at 7:50 PM. As per UPS, "The package was refused by the receiver and will be returned to the sender." Package arrived back at Fetpak on May 7th. We refunded your credit card on May 8th. As you stated, your name, program name and address were on the package. We did everything we possible could to get your order packed and shipped to you promptly. However someone did refuse the package. We are sorry that this did not work out for you. Hopefully you give us another try in the future.

Your order for 1 Earring/Pendant Box valued at $1.99 was placed on Jan 15th and was shipped out on Tuesday Jan 16th (Mon the 15th was a Federal Holiday so no USPS service). Ordinarily transit time to your location is 3 business days, however once orders leave our warehouse we have no control of transit time. Hopefully it has arrived or will arrive in the next day or two. If it does not arrive by the end of the week please let us know. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I ordered jewelry boxes to have available for customers doing Christmas shopping. They were supposed to arrive on or about December 17th. As of 12/22/2017 they still have not arrived. Please cancel the order and refund my account.

You placed your order on Dec 13th and we shipped out Priority Mail on Dec 14th. Normally transit time is business 2 days to your location. However it appears your package was delayed in transit and did not arrive until Dec 23rd. Seems USPS and UPS have experienced many delays this holiday season. We apology for the inconvenience. Your credit card address did not match your shipping address so we then contacted you and requested you to call us. You then responded by email on Nov 10th stated you were no longer interested.

You ordered on Saturday 8/12/07 and then canceled your order. We then voided the transaction on Monday morning 8/14/17. Please check your PayPal account. Our manager has contacted you to verify that your PayPal account has been posted.

On the 16 cartons of poly bags you received 2 of the cartons were sent to you opened (the bags were not used). This was overlooked in quality control and is now being rectified as per a conversation with you this morning. We are picking up the 2 cartons that arrived opened and issuing you a full refund for those 2 cartons. We apologize for our error and the inconvenience to you. Please note this is not the norm for Fetpak.

Here is the response I've gotten after leaving a review: "We mix designs in house, so when a customer purchases "Mixed Designs" we generally send them 3 or 4 different designs. We never state that "Mixed Designs" means that we are sending every design we have. While we did have some older design images up, it clearly states (in caps) that only designs in the drop down menu are available, you must have overlooked that. FYI...we no longer stock Batman and Superman designs because those designs violate patent infringement laws. If you purchased those bags from Amazon or Ebay they (and you) have violated the law and are subject to a lawsuit. Law enforcement regularly checks on this. Just notifying you as a courtesy." First off: This is no way to talk to a customer. I still bought your sub-par bags. Second of all: I never bought any bags off ebay or amazon. I unfortunately bought them off your dreadful website. Therefore your legality note (assumung I broke the law) was pointless. Third: I have Autism, so yeah. I might off over looked that bold print. But the main reason is why are you still advertising pictures of bags that you can't sell because it would violate any laws?? None of your response ever answered that. Is your selection that shitty that you need to keep past bags you no longer offer to trick people because only advertising the bags you only sell alone would hurt your business?? This company is dog shiitt. Customer service must be a foreign language to them hence their rotten response.

The items I ordered small brocade drawstring jewelry bags or not as nice as I had anticipated. They are smaller and the openings in them will barely fit a ring let alone earrings. I will keep them at this late date in December as I am stuck with them.

As described on our website the Brocade Cinches are 10" in diameter which folds up to hold jewelry or any small trinket. It also includes pocket inside. Generally the interior pockets are used to hold charms or rings. We have carried this item for over 15 years and never receive complaints on it. However if you are unhappy, please call us at 631-864-3090 and we will issue an RA number for you.

My order was HORRIBLY packed!!! The 2 items that I ordered were each in its own original thin manufacturer's box and they were simply wound together with packing tape. It looked like an "awful project" my 6 year old niece put together. Plus to make matters worse because there was no real substantial cardboard box used to pack the items, one of the thin boxes was torn at the bottom with items spilling out! You would think the items would be packed inside another box for protection. Would you want a microwave that is in its original box to be simply shipped as is with a shipping label on top and not placed inside a sturdier box for protection?

Since Fetpak pays for all freight charges we ship plastic bags in their own corrugated cartons to minimize freight cost. You ordered two cartons and we strapped both together. Maybe not the prettiest, but nevertheless very efficient and cost saving. This helps us maintain our free shipping policy which benefits all of our customers. On rare occasions there is damage but nearly all orders do arrive intact. We are sorry you were not happy with how the package arrived, but thankfully there was no damage.
