Paul, since we have no minimum order, we have flat rate shipping of $7.95 for orders under $75. Many times the freight cost is actually higher than $7.95, so you would often save money with the flat rate. Of course as you know, we have Free Shipping on all orders over $75. Thank you for being a loyal customer of Fetpak's. We definitely appreciate that.

“I have ordered from fetpak for many years and generally have been happy with my purchases. However, this last order was disappointing. I ordered a large quantity of black organza bags to use at an important event. The bags were brown instead of black! There were several discolored brown bags mixed in with the black. I expect everything to be the same as the packages were sealed upon arrival. Someone clearly missed quality control on this item.”

We apologize for any issues caused by the brown organza pouches that were mixed in during manufacturing. We realize your event is over, but we can still pick these up and exchange for black or issue a refund. If you would like to do that then email manager@fetpak.com with your invoice number, item number and quantity you would like to return. Sharon, we frequently have Coupon Codes in our Email Newsletters and on Facebook. Our Newsletters are sent out approximately every two weeks. On the pricing structure, you may combine similar items to receive additional column discounts. Hope this helps. Thank you for your feedback.
