Diane, you ordered on Friday Feb 5th at 11:27 AM and ordinarily your order would be shipped out the same day. However, despite us having your order on our loading dock and ready to ship on Friday afternoon, it did not leave our warehouse until Monday Feb 8th. This was due to a snow storm (10 inches) on Friday. The USPS truck never picked up. This did not make us happy either, but there was nothing we could do. Thank you for your feedback.

“Smaller package (box) taped to larger box, but not very securely. By the time it arrived at my residence, the smaller package was opening and separating from the larger package. Should have just combined both items in a larger box.”

“All was well except the shipping boxes were damaged. The order didn't contain anything that was damaged, so it wasn't a problem, just thought you should know.”

“The shipping was relatively quick and the boxes are beautiful. I love them. I would have liked the dent where the bracelet rides better than the snap thing, but they are nice. My big problem is they were shipped in a tyvek envelope so some of them arrived torn and dented. I did not appreciate that. Nor did I appreciate the fact that when I sent a couple of emails about it I never heard back.”

“I have ordered gift bags from Fetpak every year for the past several years. Our company fills the gift bags and donates them to a local church's children's Christmas Party. I like that we can get several different colors as the gift bags are color coded to the children's age groups. These bags are just the right size. I have been very happy with the quality of the bags and how quickly we receive our order.”

“Have purchased numerous times and have always been pleased with merchandise and shipping. However, I was disappointed in the packing, due to items taken out of the original box and stuffed along side of a box of the same item. The biggest problem I had was that in order to open the box, I needed to use scissors or a knife and the items were polybags. Thankfully I was VERY careful opening! Would have been nice if they would have been shipped in the original box along side of the other original box!”

“Fast Shipping and Great service.. Only negative I could say is that I am a repeat ordering customer and each time they were sold out of particular items I was looking for.. But I will continue to shop there. Good quality of items , comes just as described”

“The price was right and the shipping was excellent. The only thing - some of the Peruvian pouches were poorly made and cannot be used. I realize they were very cheap, though, so I would say you guys did a good job. Thanks and I will order again.”

“I like the high shine black presentation boxes. Very classy looking for a good price. I ordered twelve necklace display busts. I had to repair one and tighten the base on three others. I appreciate the speed of delivery especially because of an up coming event I needed them for.”

“Prices are good, Selection is good. Shipping is prompt. I have one problem, and I have brought it up several times: The jewelry boxes are not packed well enough, especially when four cases are taped together. The scrap rate is frequently 10% or more because the boxes get crushed during shipping.”

“The black "velvet like" covering of the 12 inch Jewelry T-Bar is elegant in its presentation. This is the second one I purchased & this one was for a church display of religious items available for our parishioners. The shipping of this item is to be commended as it was wrapped very well so as to lessen damage from any rough handling of the package. Delivery time (from initial order) was in a timely manner.”
