Nearly all orders received before 3 PM Eastern Time are shipped out the same day. Orders are shipped either UPS or Priority Mail. So not sure why you were unhappy with our shipping speed. We don't have your invoice or account number to check, but it could be possible there was a delay in transit.

I was very happy with the necklace box for my great grandchild's first necklace (she's 10). I was a bit surprised that the shipping cost more than the necklace box I purchased. Still, I feel beautiful necklaces should only be put in an equally beautiful gift box, and that it was. Thank you!

Hi Douglas, glad you were happy with the Necklace Box. We generally sell in bulk, so most of our customers receive free shipping as their orders are over $85. Under $85 there is $8.95 flat rate shipping, which is what you were charged on your order. We do appreciate your order and hope the next time you want to give that special gift to someone that you use Fetpak again for its presentation.

The only problem with this folder is the outside snap it’s so close to the zipper portion there’s not a lot of room for a bulky necklace.

Very pleased with the speed with which my earring display was delivered. Unfortunately, three of the arms arrived bent. I was able to straighten them out and will be able to use it to display jewelry in craft shows. It was very well wrapped with layers of bubble wrap, so it should have been fine. It needs to be made a little stronger to survive shipping.

You always ship fast and the order comes correctly, so I appreciate that! This time my bubble wrap had sporadic black specks inside the bubbles, they looks like bugs but upon closer inspection they are just hard plastic pieces, still I hope my customers won't also think they are bugs.

This is my second order. It was shipped out very quickly. The quality of the boxes are good. Better than the ones made in China. Price is acceptable too. Only complaint is the packaging. Four larger boxes (#53) were taped together and shipped in that way. Quite some boxes were damaged during shipping. I wouldn't blame UPS because the size is big must be hard to carry so fell out on the floor is understandable. All small boxes are packaged well in a large box and arrived safely. Another thing is one of the #53 I ordered was opened and miss two boxes, top layer boxes are dirty. Guess it's last one in stock. Not a big deal though but thought would be nice if contact me and explain before ship out. Overall experience is good. I would say the box quality (cotton quality) is only second to the ones I ordered from Uline which the price and shipping cost is much higher though. I like what I got from Fetpak. And would recommend it to everyone.
