This was my first order with Fetpak. They did not provide a UPS tracking number with the order. I ordered jewelry boxes. Quality was just okay and one box was dirty.

We are very disappointed to hear that you were not happy with the jewelry boxes you ordered. Fetpak is well known for high quality jewelry boxes and we would be interested to know which model number boxes you are referring to. We have a 30 day guarantee on all of our products. Also any products damaged will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you. GOLD organza favor bags. They are fine,but not each one is finished at the top. Some are rough with threads showing. One had a dead bug in it!... others show black thread, but no black thread was used on the bag.. Be sure to specify tht you want the ones that only have the STICKER that says, "Made in China". Otherwise you may get the ones with sewn in tags, and you will end up cutting them out of the inside of the bag. A real pain!

Thank you for your feedback Nancy. On the Organza Bags we have already told the manufacturer that we will only accept stickers and not sewn in labels. Most of these are in stock and it should be this way from here on out. Sorry your order did not go perfectly, we hope to do better next time. As with all orders you are welcomed to return for a full refund or exchange within 30 days.

Box arrived falling apart. Postal service had to re-tape all seams of the box. Inside boxes were also all dented in and falling apart. White leatherette displays were all discolored around seams (brown from old glue) and stems were falling out of bases. I guess you get what you pay for- they were on clearance. Retail bags I ordered were just fine.

Hi Ashlea, we have attempted to contact you regarding this, please call or email us back to discuss further. It seems UPS damaged the box in transit and they had to re-tape the seems, we apologize for that happening. The Closeout White Leatherette Displays you purchased are all IR's. We do explain this in the description stating, "There may be a slight amount of discoloration on the corners of the display and/or stand may be loose (can be easily glued back in for tight fit)." You are welcomed to look at our first quality Jewelry Displays, with a full 30 day guarantee. Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience.

Pretty good bags. Ordered quite a few, but our latest order had at least 50 backs sealed on the wrong end with the handles. Open end was on the bottom.

Hi Debi, we apologize for the 50 defective bags. You ordered 4,500 bags but even 50 defective is too many. These 50 may have been at the end of a run, but regardless this should not have happened. We have given you a $10.00 credit for your next order. Thank you for your repeat orders.

I have ordered Nitrile gloves twice now from Fetpak. The gloves are fine, and are a good price, but both times it has taken a week or more to ship from Long Island NY to Allentown PA via Priority Mail with USPS! (the email said it would take about 2 days) Fetpak needs to look into why shipping takes so long or change to a more reliable service. I need these gloves to provide care for my mother, and now I will need to place an order 2 weeks in advance to make sure I don't run out. Ridiculous!

Hi Marilyn, we researched your two orders with us and found that you ordered on Oct 15th and Dec 4th and both times we shipped your order out via Priority Mail on the same day as ordered. Transit time to your location is 2 days. In tracking your orders both have taken about one week to arrive, as you said. Not sure why your packages are being delayed by USPS. We are thinking the issue may be in the last mile delivery especially if you live in a rural area. However even in a rural area you should receive your order in 2 days. We are sorry for the in transit delays. One suggestion is to contact your local post office with the tracking numbers and see if it was held by them. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi Kurk, your order was delayed in transit by UPS. We shipped your order the same day you ordered on 10/24. A trailer arrived late to transfer in IL on 10/26. This delayed your order one day as you received it on 10/30. We are sorry your order was during transit. Please understand that this is an exception and over 95% of orders are delivered on time by UPS.

The bags were very thin. I should have paid more attention to the density before ordering--my fault. Very fast shipping and good packing though.

You ordered our Cellophane Bags which are .8 Mil. We stock Polypropylene Bags which are much thicker (1.5 Mil) and probably better for your needs. Not sure why you felt our Strung Merchandise Tags were not up to standard, but they are a thick 13 pt and made in USA. We see you are returning these and once received we will issue a full refund for the cost of the tags. Sorry it didn't work out for you, we will do our best to make sure your next order does.

I’ve spent a lot of money with you guys this summer and my orders always get mixed up or you don’t have enough of what I need and this last order they only have 24 of the 40 gem jar cases I ordered.

I love the mixed groups of colorful jewelry gift boxes and have ordered many times This time UGH UGH The whole box was wet and moldy and smelled like an old can of cat food the UPS driver right away said YOU SHOULD REFUSE IT!!! But.. I opened the outer box and threw it away outside One of the inner 100 piece boxes had water damage but only 6 boxes were destroyed the rest were okay so I kept the order BUT I had to repack all. The STINK was Intolerable in MY house I will probably order elsewhere NEXT Time -Rachelle

Hi Rachelle, Since the carton arrived soaked it seems it was damaged in transit as all cartons are inspected by quality control before leaving our warehouse. So it seems to be a UPS handling problem. We are willing to refund or issue a credit for the damaged boxes. I am totally satisfied with the shopping bags i ordered ,iam ordering since 4 years from fetpak .The only thing i wasnt satisfied was the last time ,shopping bags usually r thicker but last time they came out very thin

Not sure which shopping bags you are referring to. As far as we are aware, none of the bags are thinner than we previously stocked. We actually pride ourselves on having heavier weight shopping bags with consistent quality. I received a call from a very fast talking rep calling to tell me that I didn't order inserts for the trays I got even thought I already knew that. I had to listen to the voicemail 3 times to get the phone number because he said it so fast. The carry case I bought is nice, but does not stand up if the trays are not in it. The trays are nice

Often our customers order trays and forget to order the inserts. When we see a customer do that we give them a courtesy call to remind them that they did not order inserts. We do understand that occasionally a customer does not want the inserts. However most customers do and they appreciate the reminder call. The Deluxe Carrying Case is not meant to be wheeled when empty. If there aren't any trays you can easily just fold it up.

We checked your order number and we are surprised to hear you were disappointed. You have ordered the same product from us many times without a problem, so we were wondering why this time you were not satisfied. we were expecting 10 different designs in each pack of 1000 but got one design for the whole 1000 count pack. if I knew it was gonna be like that I would have chosen the designs separately.

You ordered 4,000 bags of mixed designs and we sent you 4 designs, 1,000 of each design. Sorry that wasn't quite what you wanted. You are correct that on 4,000 you could have picked your designs out.

We shipped your order via USPS Priority Mail and are disappointed to hear that they did not deliver your package the proper and professional way. While there is not much we can do once orders leave our warehouse, please let us know if this happens again.

I needed the products quickly and there was no way on the website to make that known or to know how much the expedited delivery would cost. Otherwise no problems.

As stated on our checkout page, on Air shipments you would place your order and we would contact you with freight for your approval before shipping out. Due to the large amount of items we carry and combinations of these items plus dimensional pricing by carriers we cannot accurately calculate the freight on Air shipments until the order is packed. We do ship orders out the same day and have free ground shipping on orders over $85.

The tissue paper was much thinner than expected and it bled a little. I probably will buy my bulk tissue paper elsewhere next time.

Tissue Paper Ream we shipped weighed 6 pounds which is in fact slightly higher than the standard weight of a Ream. It should not bleed at all, unless it's aggressively rubbed against a product. However, if you are unhappy with our product(s) you are welcomed to return it within 30 days for a full refund as long as product is intact.

The two boxes you ordered are the same outer and inner material. Please let us know why one style of box was good and the other was not. The order was filled promptly, but it would have been nice if, at the factory, they would have put a piece of cardboard inside the box of plastic bags to keep them from being sliced upon opening them. I always try to be careful, but it never fails and I lose a few bags with every shipment.
