I placed an order from the newest catalog very easily. Completed the order, paid and waited for my delivery. I received a call that you were out of stock on one item. The lovely customer service agent gave me the other choices and i selected a different item. The next day, I received another call because you were out of stock on that item too. Again, your customer service agent gave me other choices and I selected a different one. Finally, my order could be shipped. Received my order without any further complications. My question: why do you have items in your catalog but not in stock? Thank you

Suzanne, we have a 98% fill rate and stock all of our products. Being out of stock on two items is highly unusual, however it does happen. Our paper catalog is printed months in advance so we cannot let you know if we are out of stock until the order is placed. If you check our website it will state when an item is out of stock and the expected arrival time of that item. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with us and we appreciate your feedback.

I've been buying zipper bags from Fetpak for a long time. Lately, quality has gone down. The zippers are smaller, the opening edges don't have much grip on them and are not staggered. In this last order, I bought extra 2"x2" zipper bags because they were on sale. I'm very disappointed to find that they are not individual bags, but a pair that needs to be separated before use. The 2" x 2" bags were not like this last time I bought them. I see they are made in China. Can good quality zipper bags be bought anywhere at all? I thought Fetpak sold quality products. I may as well buy directly from China and pay much less.

Kim, our bags are from the same manufacturer as always. It's possible you received a bad batch. You are correct in that Fetpak does sell only quality products, however production mistakes do happen. Please email manager@fetpak.com with your invoice number and the quantity of bags that are not up to standard and we will pick up the bags and replace or issue a refund. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Your response to my emails was very disheartening. I received the package at or after 4 p.m. on Saturday the 18th. It was left on my front porch. The condition of the packaging was very sad. Who ever packaged this did not know what they were doing. The box was in very poor shape and a lot of the tape was coming off. If it would have taken longer to get this package it probably would not have held together. Products inside were not packaged very well and could have been destroyed. I will most likely not ever order from you company again.

Carol, you ordered on June 13th, we shipped out the same day and package was delivered on time on June 18th. We aren't sure why the condition of the package was not in good shape, it may have been repackaged in transit. All packages that leave Fetpak's warehouse are packed securely and the condition is double checked. The important thing is no merchandise was damaged. Hopefully you decide to reorder from Fetpak again. Thank you for your feedback.

I am a little disappointed in the thickness of the bags. The white ones were listed as heavy and I don't find them to be the same quality as I have ordered from other vendors. However, your price is equal to the quality of the bags.

Kathy, the bags you ordered are high density 13 microns. We do not list these as heavyweight but despite the thin appearance these bags should hold at least 15 to 20 pounds. Due to you not being able to ship to the shipping address on file, the package was shipped incorrectly and now lost in the post office somewhere with no visibility... Package was supposed to be delivered Friday and I have yet to receive it

I like Fetpak's products, but living in Canada the shipping is much too high. My last order was $385 and the shipping was $174.

William, the shipping on your order to Canada was actually only $38. The additional charges were brokerage charges at the border and Canadian duties and taxes. Those charges do seem quite high and they are difficult to avoid. Many of our larger Canadian customers have us ship to locations in the United States and then they use a freight forwarder or other means to consolidate a shipment thereby reducing those charges as it crosses the border. On smaller orders we can ship USPS and often times brokerage charges may be avoided.

Hola. Tengo una inconformidad. Le pedi a mi vendedora que me enviara en la compra de unas cajas para aretes que me enviara tmb la bolsa plastica para meter ahi la cajita y me sugirio comprar un tamaño que a la hora de meter la cajita apenas si cerraba. No las podre usar debido a que queda muy forzada. No era el tamaño

I have been ordering jewelry bags from you for years....I make handmade jewelry and the bags have been a big hit! I was very disappointed this time because the quality of the bag is cheap(even the color is off) and in each bag there is a Made in China tag sewn into it...this has never been there before. I will use what I ordered because I need them right now but though I don't want to I may have to find a different company in the future. Sorry....Hope Cullen

US Customs recently imposed a regulation requiring the country of origin tag to be sewn on pouch. So all new stock will have these tag. You ordered purple, which is all new stock, however we have large quantities of other color pouches (lavender too) that do not have the tag sewn on them. If you like you may request those on your next order.

I ordered 2 cases of your jewelry boxes and a few of them were crushed at the corners. So I was a little disappointed that the box you use to ship these in, is such a thin cardboard that this happened. Thank you Roxanne Carty

Very disappointed that you are now shipping USPS instead of UPS. Takes longer, and the package looks like it rolled here from NY. I don't like the extra shipping cost either, disguised as the "small order" charge.

Paul, we usually ship USPS or UPS depending on the package and destination. On orders $75 or under we have $7.95 flat rate shipping. Over $75 there is free shipping. We are sorry the package arrived in poor condition. If any items were damaged please let us know your invoice number and exactly what was damaged. I ordered several earring boxes, a bracelet box, and a necklace box. The price was right as I was not looking to spend a lot, but you get what you pay for. The bracelet box arrived broken... The latch on one side was missing, and the top just falls off when you open or close it. The other boxes were fine, just the felt material flakes off easily. Didn't send back because it would probably cost more to ship it back then I paid for it.

I'm saying "Average" and not "Poor" because I haven't received the shipment yet. I'm holding out the hope that the actual product will be all right. My initial impression is not very good because I never received a confirmation email that the order was received nor a follow up email to let me know that it has been shipped. I placed the order 10 days ago and still have not received it. If I don't receive it by Monday, June 29, I will contact Paypal to rescind my payment.

We shipped your order out on when you ordered, June 1st (8 days ago). However seems the trucking company interlined the shipment causing a delay. We just tracked your order and it's due to be delivered tomorrow, June 10th, As you know we would have never used this trucking company if we knew it would take 7 business days to arrive. We will note this for your next orders. Our sincere apologizes.
