I ordered boxes online and wonder if the website needs to be tweaked to avoid the mistake I am told was mine - that on one of the boxes I ended up with the wrong color. I wanted purple but got black pinstripe. I was surprised when I opened the order to find those and wanted to exchange them. I was told that not only would I have to pay for the return myself, I would also be charged for the postage to send the correct ones back to me unless the order was more than $75! That is pretty poor customer service! The woman I spoke with said that an email was sent to me at the time of my order and if I had checked it, I would have seen that I had ordered Black pin stripe - ( which I still don't think I did). But even if I had clicked the wrong thing, how could I have seen the email until after I'd completed the order? I will not buy anything from Fetpak again.

Becky, we checked your online order and you did order one purple and one black pinstripe. Confirmation emails are sent out immediately after ordering and that email stated two different colors. If you contacted us when you received the email we could have had that corrected before we shipped your order out. The default is black pinstripe so it seems you did not change the dropdown to purple on your second choice. We can definitely exchange the black pinstripe for purple, however you would have to send us back the black pinstripe. If you decide to do that please contact manager@fetpak.com and include your invoice number. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I recently purchased 400 paks of tissue. To my surprise when I opened up the master carton. I found out that 3 50 packs had been taken out of there cartons and stuffed in to the master carton. Not good 15 to 20 were messed up. NOT a good way to save money on ups. john Bellarosa.

The white outside boxes were crushed. You need to ship in a flat rate box.

After ordering in February I am trying to order bags again without any luck. Not as a guest, a returning, and I tried to set up an account and I still can't order. What is wrong??? Lainie Surette

Advertised product as white but received in clear tags. We needed this product for a project and project will be late to our customer due to this huge error in detailing the product. I will be sending it back.

Jacqulyn, we apologize for the fasteners being closer to clear than white. We are changing over to a more clearish/white fastener and we neglected to change the description. If you would like to return the fasteners, please email manager@fetpak.com with your invoice number and we can issue an RA number.

The item I received was not what I thought I was ordering. That was probably my own fault for not reading the description thoroughly. The reason I gave it a poor rating was because I paid over $7 for the shipping and then got a notice in the mail that I still owed an additional $1.18 and had to go to the post office and pay before I could pick it up. It was a very light weight item so the shipping charge was outrageous to begin with and then to have to pay an additional fee added insult to injury. Will never buy from this company again.

Carolyn, Fetpak has free shipping on all orders over $75. Below that amount we have a simple $7.95 flat rate shipping. As for you having to pay $1.18 extra, that is our error as the package must have been incorrectly weighed in shipping. We apologize for the inconvenience and will refund that amount. Please email manager@fetpak.com with your invoice number. Also if you ordered the incorrect item you are welcomed to return it as we have a 30 day return policy with no restocking fee. Please email us and let us know.

These boards are a beautiful color but the hooks are too small and flimsy. But they were pretty inexpensive so you get what you pay for.

As usual, because of poor factory packing boxes on the corners arrived damaged. Some in the middle of the box squeezed and damaged. About 8% loss in a shipment of 400 boxes. The plus side is free freight. So there is still some value in ordering.
