All of the white necklace displays were stained. Pleas send me a return address to send them to.

The 4 pcs of 175-3LC Necklace Displays you purchased were IR's as stated in the description which read, "These Closeout Displays are IR's (Our regular low price is $13.90). The holder may be loose (can easily be glued). There may be minor dried glue stains on the edges of the display. Closeouts- All Sales Final- No Returns or Exchanges." You price was only $6.75 each. If you would like to replace our regular 175-3L (first quality at 4 for $12.10 ea) for the ones you received, we can do that for you. Email manager@fetpak.com and let us know.

Large pendant/earring boxes(VE7L) @$2.17 each came apart within 5 days of receipt. Cust. service said to let them know to check my next order before shipping so if there is a problem they can catch it before shipping. Really? The remainder of my order was fine. They ship very fast.

Sorry you had a problem with 5 boxes out of the 50 ordered. I believe the Customer Service person thought the problem was solved when you said you glued the insert. It was a chat and sometimes there is a misunderstanding. I am putting a credit of $15.00 into your Fetpak account for you to use on your next order. I apologize for the misunderstanding.

The order was never filled. I gave my address but they maintain that my credit card address was wrong. I gave them the information again and said it might be another address (which I gave) but I still wanted it send to my current address. They didn't want to do that so I told them to cancel the order. I will not order here again.

To prevent fraudulent use of credit cards, on most orders we will only ship to the billing address on the credit card. The addresses you supplied did not match the credit card billing address. We will gladly ship your order if you can supply a credit card with the billing address that matches the shipping address. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Product is fine, but absolutely no information on shipping method. Going by the "under $85, $8.95 flat rate shipping", I assumed that would be USPS and saw nothing indicating otherwise. Shipping confirmation email also supplied no shipping info whatsoever, no tracking number, nothing. I attempted to use the "See our UPS Time in Transit Map here" link in the email, but could get no information there, no shipping information when I logged into my Fetpak account, had no idea what was happening with my shipment. I can't be the only person in the world who finds shipping information, both during the buying process and after an order has shipped, useful and needed! It's important enough to me that I won't order from Fetpak again because of this lack of necessary information.

I found it difficult to have to go back on each color of coding label and start over for a similar item to add to my shopping cart. I also had a difficult time processing my credit card and had to call customer assistance. The payment was received twice but the order did not go through. Scott

Thank you for your order and your review. At the time you ordered there was a computer glitch and we had to restore a small handful of orders. This resulted in a few orders being recorded inaccurately. This is a very rare occurrence for us and so hopefully you give us another chance. Thanks again.

Products are ok, but the poor photos and no descriptions didn't help as I was deciding on my purchase. the earring stand is too curved to be of any use with earring cards. Cost of return is too high, so guess I'm stuck with it. The necklace folder is ok although black is a bad, bad, bad color for hanging anything on and the length of it isn't really accommodating my needs. What can I say? - the sales slips I got are really cheap both in price and quality. oh well. So much for keeping costs down!

Shown are pictures from our website of the three items you purchased. If you search each item (1A, 261104, 70-C1) you can see detailed descriptions on each item. The earring stand is designed for the earrings themselves, not earring cards. We do have other earring displays designed for earring cards. The necklace folder is a black velvet inside as shown in the picture and stated in the description. The sales books are Made in the USA by National Checking Company, a top rated manufacturer that has been in business for many years. Their quality has been superior to other manufacturers and is very consistent. However, we aim to please, so if you are not satisfied, you are welcomed to call our Customer Service at 631-864-3090 and we will issue a return number. Upon receipt of return we will issue a full refund for the cost of the products returned. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Two days ago we contacted you by email but you have not responded. We also left a voice mail message regarding this matter and the credit due you. However you have not responded. Please contact us at 631-864-3090 and this will be resolved. If you look at your past orders you will see that shipping was minimal considering we were shipping to Puerto Rico. As a side note, many of our Puerto Rico customers use freight forwarders and receive free shipping.

It is really hard to get to a human being or an actual person with Fet Pak when you are trying to order. This almost makes you want to give up and cancel trying to order something from you. You may be trying to make matters easier on your end, but you should think about your customers and get them to a person who can help their them with their order right away.

Not sure what you experienced, but the only phone automation we have is the initial choice given on which department you would like to reach. After that a person answers. From 9 AM to 5 PM ET Mon-Fri our Customer Service Reps are available as well as our live chat. We pride ourselves on helping customers and we think our customer service is second to none.

The boxes received were stuck together. When pulling them apart they tore which resulted in me not being able to use the majority of them. I had to result in using something else for my client because the quality was really poor.

Even though my order arrived fast, the bags advertised (Batman, Superman, and playboy bunnies: why I placed the order) were not part of my package there was about 7 bags advertised and for some reason my mix was only of three types (blue bag with crowns, black bag with skulls, and yellow bag with smiles). I feel scammed out of my ten bucks + shipping since none of those bags were what I wanted. Good job.

We do not carry the bag designs you mentioned. Please see the link below and the note the drop down menu. We now only carry three designs in the 2" x 2" Double Design Bags (DD2020). You ordered Mixed and we sent you the 3 different designs. If you are unsatisfied with the designs you received contact manager@fetpak.com and we will issue a RA number. The order process is easy, payment is easy and the product looked pretty close to described, but 4 out of 10 inner boxes were either creased or marked. The big fall down was in getting me the product. I received an email that product was shipped on the 10th with a link to tracking...the tracking site didn't work. The product was supposed to be here in 4 days, it took 8. I contacted them after 6 days and they told me product was actually shipped on the 11th and should be there by end of day on the 18th...it was. Just be careful if you need product in a certain Time period.

Fetpak credits for all items received damaged. Please let us know your invoice number and item number damaged. Also let us know exactly where it is damaged. We will refund your credit card or replace. Your order was placed on Aug 10th at 11:21 PM Eastern Time. We shipped your order out the following day from New York. Your location in California is 5 business days (does not count weekends) in transit, so it was delivered on schedule, Aug 18th. We ship orders out the same day if received by 1:00 ET, since your order was received at 11:21 PM, the fastest we could get your order out was the next day which is Aug 11th. We succeeded in doing that. If you needed your order in a faster time frame we offer shipping by air for an additional charge. For nearly 30 years Fetpak had prided itself on its same day shipping, low prices and quality products.

I ordered three items...one turned out to be out of stock...one item was not what I had ordered ...the other was as expected...so two bad out of three is not good, it is poor.

i ordered these specific ring boxes because they came in nice white outter boxes. unfortunately mine arrived with grimy finger prints all over almost every single one of them. lovely black velvet ring boxes, but the white outer boxes are trashed.

I ordered the same bags as I had received before but the bags I received this time were much thinner. Since I was out of bags i kept them but i am not happy.

In August you ordered T-Shirt Bags TLD1223, these are Heavy 1.5 Mil Low Density. In November you ordered T-Shirt Bags T1223, these are High Density 13 Micron Bags. The TLD1223's are much heavier and are packed 250/case. The T1223 are lighter weight and packed 1,000/case. If cartons are intact we can issue an RMA so you can exchange. I am a Canadian customer and honestly this will probably be my last purchase with Fetpak. Nothing against the company but I ordered $30 bags and it ended up costing me over $100 by the time I received them in Canada. With shopping and duty charges, it was way too much.

Stacey, most times when we ship to Canada the brokerage, taxes and duties are minimal, if at all. However it does depend on the item ordered and if it is manufactured overseas. Your bags happened to fit that category. The Canadian Government and Canadian Customs are the ones that imposed these charges. We are puzzled why you decided to give us two stars, as we shipped your order out immediately and you even approved the freight charges after we contacted you. We did our job perfectly. Also remember that $1.30 Canadian = $1.00 USD. Our strong opinion is that your two stars were improperly directed.
