“Great design! These cases hold more trays, and have a much better design for the zipper, making them easier to load and unload. The handle is also a better design as it's front to back handle doesn't have to be snapped together to carry. We've replaced all of our old cases and are very happy with these.”

“I ordered a black velvet box with present box from Fetpak for a gift I'd purchased but did not like to jewelry box it came in. It had been an expensive necklace but the box it came in was cheap looking. The black velvet box is exactly what this gift needed. It's perfect. It also arrived in just a few days. Very happy with.”

“This is the fifth case (third time I placed an order with them) of the black t-shirt bags that I've purchased. I gave my friend a case of them the last time I purchased them and kept the case for myself. I was getting low and ordered another case when by coincidence my friend called the same day and asked if I could get her another case. This is a couple hours after I had placed my order and I was concerned I might have to pay a second shipping fee to get her another case. I contacted customer service right around 4:30 p.m. EST and asked if they could add another case to my order. Usually they ship that day or very soon after, I always got my orders within a few days. They held up the shipping so they could add another case and save me the extra cost. They went above and beyond, when they didn't have to, and I am grateful to them. I would highly recommend not only the bags but they also have excellent customer service.”
