Paul, since we have no minimum order, we have flat rate shipping of $7.95 for orders under $75. Many times the freight cost is actually higher than $7.95, so you would often save money with the flat rate. Of course as you know, we have Free Shipping on all orders over $75. Thank you for being a loyal customer of Fetpak's. We definitely appreciate that.

The lovely customer service agent gave me the other choices and i selected a different item. The next day, I received another call because you were out of stock on that item too. Again, your customer service agent gave me other choices and I selected a different one. Finally, my order could be shipped. Received my order without any further complications. My question: why do you have items in your catalog but not in stock? Thank you”

Suzanne, we have a 98% fill rate and stock all of our products. Being out of stock on two items is highly unusual, however it does happen. Our paper catalog is printed months in advance so we cannot let you know if we are out of stock until the order is placed. If you check our website it will state when an item is out of stock and the expected arrival time of that item. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with us and we appreciate your feedback.
