“The issue that I expressed in my note below was efficiently and satisfactorily resolved by the Fetpak Company. I am impressed with their quick response time and personalized service. I would definitly use this company in the future. I ordered 200 white plastic shopping bags. I am pleased with the quality of the bag, however a number of them were very dirty, and I won't be able to use those. It was very nice that the bags came bundled in 10s, however the outside of several bags looked like they had been sitting on a dirty factory floor for some time. The box they came in was falling apart also. Overall, I would probably order again. It is just a shame that I paid for 200 and won't be able to use all..”

As per our Customer Service we are sending you replacements for the 20 bags with dirt on them. We are hoping you understand that normally we do not send out any products that do not meet our standards. This obviously slipped by our quality control and we apologize for the inconvenience.

“my bags were delivered promptly and I use them for shopping and everything else I can think of, glad to know I still can get single use plastic bags and no one questions it, I will spread the word. Now I can shop the way it was before the single use plastic bag ban in stores. Just bring my own.”

“We ordered some bubble wrap sleeves that are a good size for what we needed them for, and the price was good. I would have given it 5 stars except the shipping! Good Lord, the thing weighed a few ounces (it was bubble wrap for Pete's sake) and we didn't need it in a hurry, but the website insisted we had to have it Fed Exed for $30! That was crazy.”

I believe you have the wrong company for a number of reasons. 1) We do not use FedEx 2) We have Free Shipping on ALL orders over $85 and Flat Rate Shipping of $8.95 on Orders $85 and under. 3) We don't carry the large rolls of bubble wrap, we do carry the dispenser bubble wrap. Please check on the company you purchased these from and let them know about their excess shipping charges.

“I really don't have a complaint about receiving the order. My only complaint is how hard it is to order. I use a new iMac with safari and your webpage is jumbled. It comes in okay on my android tablet and phone. I had to sign in multiple times before it would agree that the access code was right. Love your products, just hard to get in.”

“The speed in which my order arrived was amazing. The satin jewelry envelopes are beautiful and well made. The jewelry pouches are pretty too, however the pockets are so small it renders it useless.”
