“It is really hard to get to a human being or an actual person with Fet Pak when you are trying to order. This almost makes you want to give up and cancel trying to order something from you. You may be trying to make matters easier on your end, but you should think about your customers and get them to a person who can help their them with their order right away.”

Not sure what you experienced, but the only phone automation we have is the initial choice given on which department you would like to reach. After that a person answers. From 9 AM to 5 PM ET Mon-Fri our Customer Service Reps are available as well as our live chat. We pride ourselves on helping customers and we think our customer service is second to none.
