“The 2-part lavender price tags were exactly what I was searching for, and I'm completely satisfied with the large count and affordable pricing. I had run out of the 100 purchased elsewhere online, and they were a dark purple, so a bit challenging to read. This package arrived super-quick so rescued me from having to wait before continuing to price items. I now have 1,000 labels, which will take some time to go through, but I will definitely be repurchasing from Fetpak when I do run out. Very pleased customer!”

“It is really hard to get to a human being or an actual person with Fet Pak when you are trying to order. This almost makes you want to give up and cancel trying to order something from you. You may be trying to make matters easier on your end, but you should think about your customers and get them to a person who can help their them with their order right away.”

Not sure what you experienced, but the only phone automation we have is the initial choice given on which department you would like to reach. After that a person answers. From 9 AM to 5 PM ET Mon-Fri our Customer Service Reps are available as well as our live chat. We pride ourselves on helping customers and we think our customer service is second to none.
