“My order arrived quickly and was packaged quite well. The size of the boxes is perfect and I really like the foam insert instead of cotton. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the foam already has slits in it to hold necklaces securely. Overall, I’m delighted with the purchase and I think my customers will like receiving their jewelry in these boxes. They seem classier than my old plain white ones.”

“I've been buying pre-strung price tags online for several years from the same seller. I just happened to see the Fetpak site. I was pleasantly surprised by a better price of about $4 over what I had been paying per 1000 and super speedy delivery!”

“I was bummed to hear that the item I ordered was not going to make it to me after all but customer service informed me right away and offered other options. In the end I just ended up without the item in question but did order some other items that were a great price!”

“My order had a clerical error. 4 of my items were wrong and I had misread the sizing and one was wrong on my part. It was made right but the lady was trying to charge me another $9 for shipping it was only when I said something about it that she recommended we split it. I didn’t have the energy to bicker about a couple bucks good customer service should have covered the entire measly $9 shipping. Though that was pretty petty.”

There were errors on both sides, but as a courtesy we should have not split the $8.95 shipping cost. I have given you a Fetpak credit for $10.00 towards your next order. Sorry for the inconvenience.
