“I purchased 4 of the jewelry pouches. They arrived quickly and were exactly as described. Beautiful brocade material, inside and out, with roomy pockets for rings and earrings plus plenty of room in the padded center for bracelets and necklaces. I like this type of storage for my jewelry when traveling because it provides protection and packs easily in the corners of the luggage.”

“I like Fetpak's products, but living in Canada the shipping is much too high. My last order was $385 and the shipping was $174.”

William, the shipping on your order to Canada was actually only $38. The additional charges were brokerage charges at the border and Canadian duties and taxes. Those charges do seem quite high and they are difficult to avoid. Many of our larger Canadian customers have us ship to locations in the United States and then they use a freight forwarder or other means to consolidate a shipment thereby reducing those charges as it crosses the border. On smaller orders we can ship USPS and often times brokerage charges may be avoided.

“AS always, my order came fast. I am very pleased to buy from y'all. The only problem I had, was not with you, but UPS, and this really surprised me. The bottom of the box was so saturated with water, when I picked it up off of the (dry) porch after it was delivered, the bottom of the box fell apart. I was so thankful all of my order was plastic, so nothing was harmed or damaged.”
