“The order was never filled. I gave my address but they maintain that my credit card address was wrong. I gave them the information again and said it might be another address (which I gave) but I still wanted it send to my current address. They didn't want to do that so I told them to cancel the order. I will not order here again.”

To prevent fraudulent use of credit cards, on most orders we will only ship to the billing address on the credit card. The addresses you supplied did not match the credit card billing address. We will gladly ship your order if you can supply a credit card with the billing address that matches the shipping address. Sorry for the inconvenience.

We have now discontinuing using that tape manufacturer and have changed manufacturers who produce a much higher quality tape. We are now only stocking tape from the superior manufacturer. We are picking up your order and exchanging it for the higher quality tape. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you for your feedback.
