“The shipping was relatively quick and the boxes are beautiful. I love them. I would have liked the dent where the bracelet rides better than the snap thing, but they are nice. My big problem is they were shipped in a tyvek envelope so some of them arrived torn and dented. I did not appreciate that. Nor did I appreciate the fact that when I sent a couple of emails about it I never heard back.”

“I am very disappointed in the 5000 pcs Fasteners size 1. This is the second time I ordered them. We are having a lot of trouble with when using them with the tagging guns. We waste a lot of them because they will not catch in the clothing we are pricing. The reason is they are packed too tight in the box and most of them are bent so we have to throw them away. Otherwise we are very happy with our other purchases. Thanks. Noel Delhom”

Fetpak was generous enough to send me 3 samples in advance at no charge, unlike the competition. Their shipping charges were reasonable, and the shipment was double boxed for needed protection.
