“Ordered gift bags and rainbow tissue paper for Christmas gift wrapping. Ordered last year and this year too. Ordered on 12/14/16 and my order arrived on 12/22/16, one day earlier than scheduled. They ship from New York and I'm in Santa Cruz, California, so they shipped via UPS Ground within a day or two. The products are very good quality and the price is right. Their tracking module needs some work. I put in my invoice number, but UPS could not find my order or tracking number. I spoke with Anthony at Fetpak and he emailed it to me. I did not see his email in my inbox, nor my spam folders, so I called and he gave me the UPS tracking number over the phone. Minor issues, great products and customer service. Thanks Anthony ! I'll be back next November / December.”
