“One tray arrived cracked. Anthony had called and left his phone number because I was a new customer. I had to listen to his message 4 times to get phone number...he spoke so fast could not understand. Thanks, Nancy Guinn”

We have refunded your credit card for $3.95 for the one tray that arrived damaged. Sorry Anthony did not leave the phone number clearly, that is not the norm at Fetpak. We know that can be frustrating and we apologize for that.

“Ordered and received 3 white leatherette bracelet holders. They are as described, very pretty, sturdy, and hold plenty of bracelets. They are to be given as gifts, and are perfect. Thank you for timely shipping and for a beautiful product.”

“I was very happy with the necklace box for my great grandchild's first necklace (she's 10). I was a bit surprised that the shipping cost more than the necklace box I purchased. Still, I feel beautiful necklaces should only be put in an equally beautiful gift box, and that it was. Thank you!”

Hi Douglas, glad you were happy with the Necklace Box. We generally sell in bulk, so most of our customers receive free shipping as their orders are over $85. Under $85 there is $8.95 flat rate shipping, which is what you were charged on your order. We do appreciate your order and hope the next time you want to give that special gift to someone that you use Fetpak again for its presentation.
