“My first purchased went through brilliantly with good communication, but my second order is going through ok. but have not had the same communication and have had to chase up the order.”

“Really good value. Order was dispatched quickly. The courier however was less good as they didn't deliver when they said they would. That meant I had to stay in 2 days in a row waiting.”

“Nice pair of running shoes at a very competitive price. Good fit very comfortable, feels like I'm walking on air. Not sure about the quality and durability however and the laces are a bit naff- I would prefer proper material on laces than the plasticy things they came with.”

“My wife originally saw this jacket in the local sports direct store but with no size available. She ordered via the field and trek website, however when it arrived it had a large white security tag on the front. Poor service. The Jacket itself however is lightweight, fits well and able to hold off a light shower, ideal during the British summer! It's easily folded up small and put into a bag or rucksack. Can't recommend field and trek's customer service however the jacket itself is great.”

“It will be great if you can ensure customer that delivery time in reality will be at least the same as it is in papers, if i pay for 5 days delivery than in the reality the parcel shoul arrive in 5 days or less if possible but never later.”

“I buy walking and cycling gear fairly often and on impulse and generally only one item at a time, when I need something........this Karrimor Wind 35+5 rucksack is excellent value and very prompt service. I would buy a lot more from Sports Direct and Field & Trek if it were not for the £4 postage....which is why my rating is "Good" and not "Very Good".”

“Hi would like to thank Field and trek for there service the tent was delivered on time and what I ordered but was damaged in transit I have just been to nearest shop who with out any problem refunded my money ( reason I had refund because I am old school and wanted a ridge tent and they had none in stock ) thank you I will be back Field and Trek”

“Everything went well with from ordering to receiving, and I was happy with the price of my item. The only negative part of this service, was the "free gift" which arrived smashed. Although this was a bonus item, it would have been nice to get the use of the "free gift", las not. I was just glad that it wasn't opened by a child, as I almost cut myself on opening. Mick in Fife”
