“Arrived quickly and left where asked”

“Good evening. I placed my order with you on Thursday 19th March and paid the extra for it to be delivered on the Saturday 21st March. This was confirmed. This was because the original date given to me was Monday 23rd March when we were out. How surprised I was when the order arrived Friday teatime 20th March. That of course is extremely good service but we were not expecting it and could have been out. This may of course be a breakdown with details passed to the delivery company or another reason. However we were in and all worked out fine. The packaging however was quite badly damaged but the product was ok. All in all everything turned out ok and we are pleased. Kindest regards D Kirk”

“I bought a pair of ladies black walking trousers at a VERY reasonable price. They arrived quickly and were of very good quality. I was disappointed though as I had ordered a medium, 12, the same size as all my other trousers but they were much to small! They were made in China, which made me think the sizing may be different. I have sent them back and await a large, 14 ????. So as long as these fit I will be very happy!”

“Only problem was that when I had confirmation of order, the delivery address was not the one I entered originally and I couldn't get in touch by phone to Field and Trek, there was no contact number. On a search someone suggested that you contact Sports Direct. The lady who answered sorted the problem.”

“Hello, Altough your service and garment were excellent, unfortunately, when it arrived it wasn't quite what I was looking for and will therefore be returning it and requesting a refund. Time will tell on the after sales service you provide.”

“Very pleased with the boots I ordered speedy delivery unfortunately the free gift that was sent with boots (a sport direct mug) was smashed to pieces due to delivery company throwing parcel over side gate at home address.”
