“Mostly Good service from Field and trek. Misleading message from yodel told me my parcel had been delivered on Saturday morning when it had not. This was annoying as during the weekend I tried to find out what had happened to the parcel . There is no way to phone yodel, and my email to you was answered with a message to look at tracking. Tracking told me the parcel had been delivered., so that was no help at all. No way to contact yodel. Parcel was delivered on Monday morning, so everything ok now, but the system did not work well and I wasted time trying to find the parcel.”

“The whole shopping on line experience went as it should - no hitches. I do get very annoyed having to log-in and remember passwords and all that stuff but once I get over that I'm amazed at how easy it is. The order was sent to a different address to my own and was delivered promptly.”

“The package arrived pretty swiftly using standard delivery. The shoes initially worn indoors to check comfort and only in dry weather so far but will be tested on the next lot of wet weather. So far so good, broadish fit, generally comfortable with good protection for the foot but this comes with a trade off of being quite heavy. Overall I'm satisfied at this price point (just over £30 for event lined shoe - seems very good value)”

“Ordered a pair of walking boots ordering easy, delivery quick { yodel ] when trying on found the boots were odd sizes one 9.5 one 10 had to send them back postage was £5.45 hope they refund postage as error their fault. some companys have collection points which are free of charge.”

“Ordered 3 products. Sandals and trousers fine. Ordered a size 18 Gelert coat which was very small for the size (I'm normally between a 16 and 18) so needed to return it. Bit disappointed that there was no provision to return by courier - as it was delivered - but recommended to return by royal mail 'registered post' which is costly and inconvenient.”

“Bought a remote camping lantern which was excellent value for money, sturdy construction, "Gelert" make, which have had previously and been happy with. Problems were the box was battered badly, not sure who was to blame for this and the little compass on the handle was broken and no instructions re how to tell when the batteries are charged - decided to keep it rather than have the hassle of returning as worked perfectly otherwise. Also bought a pair of "Hottuna" mens water shoes, which were also a bargain, on arrival they looked small for a size 12 but do actually fit. Time will tell if they stand up the rigors of water sports. Would certainly buy from the supplier again but the packaging let it them down as the plastic bag containing the items was ripped open, package certainly looked as if it had had a rough ride. Overall fairly happy with the purchases as they were in the sale and the delivery was quick, hence the 4*s.”
