It appears that the wrong colour jacket has been sent & also that sent has a price tag on it which is significantly less than we paid - have requested clarification by email - no response received

I had considerable difficulty getting the goods delivered to a BFPO address. Please understand that there is a different number for each location. I am located in Auckland, New Zealand - the number is BFPO 5609. Other locations will have different numbers. You can see these at https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/british-forces-post-office-bfpo-locations-for-the-foreign-commonwealth-office The Field and Trek site does not let you enter this information in the correct address line - i.e. the first line of the address. If you can't fix that, I will stop shopping with you.

Paid for next day delivery arrived two days later goods are good for money Don't pay for next day delivery Take the normal delivery and save money arrived the same time

I paid for next day delivery and the goods arrived on the third day after ordering. Not good enough. Goods themselves are fine but that's easy as I have had these shoes before , exactly the same in every way so no concerns with fits etc.

Charging for delivery (on an order over £100) and making the customer responsible for paying the postage for returns is not would deter me for purchasing from Field & Trek again. The order was delivered within a reasonable time.

When order was placed, I was given a delivery date of 05/09/17. It is now 07/09/17, with no sign of my order and the only information I have from the delivery company is that the parcel is at the central delivery hub, where it has been for 2 days now. The items ordered are a present and required by 08/09/17, it is now looking highly unlikely that they will arrive in time. I am very disappointed, having paid for delivery to get the items by the required date.

Delivery to store quite slow. When the sandals arrived, I was very disappointed to find that they are a very small fit. As a pair of very similar Karrimor sandals are owned, I felt safe in purchasing exactly the size but the two sets of shoes are very different both in length and width. Now, through no fault of mine, I have to pay to return the item. I will not be using this site in the future.

I have used Field & Trek online service successfully for many years and I am normally very satisfied with the service. However, my last order was a disaster. I was due to go camping on the Bank holiday weekend and I ordered a folding table on 21.08.17. The parcel arrived a bit a battered but everything was fine inside except the table, which had been badly cracked in 3 places making the product unusable. This I am sure was due to the other items in my order being packed directly inside the table and when other heavier items were packed on top of it in transit it broke the table surface in several places. I e-mailed customer services the next day in the morning (25th August) along with photo's of the table and a request for a full refund and I have had no acknowledgement or response. So I had to buy another table en route to the campsite. I expect better from Field and Trek a once trusted brand! A very unhappy customer.

I do not want to buy goods that are made from leather or any other material that comes from birds or animals. I read the goods descriptions on your website very carefully and chose a pair of boots that were supposedly made from fabric and synthetic materials. I was pleased with your service but very disappointed to find that the boots in fact contained some leather in the construction of the uppers.

The luna boots were defective. as soon as I first tied the laces ones of the lace hook rivets snapped. then when I read the returns wording it said all returns were at the cost of the customer - which for a defect cannot be correct! In the end I had it sorted by a local cobbler - at my expense!

Purchased a bike from Field & Trek. They don't respond to emails, there is no phone number to contact them and the courier they use "my hermes" is worse than awful. When are companies going to start treating customers like customers. After doing a little research on this company it is just supplying good from Sports Direct, so, if you see something on their web site, check Sports Direct as well - you may find it in store and not have to wait for idiot couriers to deliver the product to you. Lesson learnt.

No issues with service from Field and Trek but appalling service from Hermes. Why a courier thinks it's acceptable to leave a parcel in plain sight under a 'bush' is beyond me. I would suggest using a different carrier who can apply some level of common sense.

Delivery was quick. I have bought these before from a different shop and size 7's are usually very comfortable. These were small and tight. More like a 6 - 6.5. Disappointed
