I Ordered a bike as a present for my daughter's birthday. The estimated delivery was for Thursday. Which was planet of time as it was her birthday on sunday. Sunday came and went and still no bike. The delivery company messed up the delivery and sent it to the wrong depot. I wrote to you asking for some assistance and got a no reply email back. Not great customer service and one disappointed birthday girl.

Purchased Karrimor walking shoes. Quality and style looked very good, unfortunately the shoes were too tight and I just couldn't wear them.

Gilet was sent without a faulty zip on the front right hand side. Pretty obvious so not checked properly before despatch. I would have returned but the pay the postage on a faulty item policy and lack of time and I needed it for a trip. Not a great service experience.

Returned a pair of ski boots for a size exchange. Got a refund for the item had to order them again from the website they said they were out of stock but I was able to order them again? Very frustrating!!

the delivery and price of items is good but if you have a problem you have a problem. still waiting for a reply to my email 10 days after i sent it.

I was disappointed with the returns process. I used click and collect and returned the item to the same store. I was not provided with any receipt as proof of return. I was worried at the time as I had no evidence to show I had returned the item, however, the cashier assured me that I would receive an email from Head Office once they had received the item. I checked my emails daily and on the 4th day, I sent a message via your website but didn't receive any reply. I was worried that the cashier hadn't processed the return or the store may have mislaid the item. I waited the 7 days and after still not hearing from you, I was thinking I would need to raise a dispute via my credit card provider. I eventually received an email on day 8 which suggested the parcel had been returned by the courier as not delivered. Some sort of till acknowledgement from the store would have alleviated any concerns.

I had to send the fleece jacket back as instead of red I received pink one and also the quality was not so good for the price.

I requested the cancellation of my order for a Karrimor fleece last week as I wished to add additional items to the order. I was disappointed that my request was ignored. I subsequently ordered two further items (a fleece and a pair of walking trousers) and incurred an additional carriage charge, which I had hoped to avoid. Vincent Dolan

In my order (FT40000034058434), a few things did not match the size specified on the label in several sizes. For example, Campri Ski Set Ladies Size: 10 (S), the waist size of the pants had to be 25 inches, in fact, was 32 inches. . These things did not fit my size.

Reference to the collection process @ Sports Direct. Bought 3 pairs same trainers with intention to return 1 or 2 . Led to believe I could hand back at desk and then once processed and back to depot I would get refund via original payment (this info was from Keswick F&T shop) Made extremely difficult in store (Darlington) offered SD credit note (no thanks!) or they would return to depot but unable to issue any receipt for proof of return while awaiting PayPal refund (no thanks) so having to send back myself which was exactly what I was trying to avoid by opting for click and collect. Will not use this service again and back to my original stance of never setting foot in a SD store.

Ordered a size 5 and received size 4 1/2 sent an email and no reply. The runners are lovely.

Although I ordered shoes on Tuesday I have not notification that they have been delivered to Field & Trek Guildford even though I paid for delivery this week so no comment. I am therefore disappointed.

Courier said that they attempted to deliver at 16.19 but there were three people in the house and no one rang the bell or knocked. Very annoying as there is no number to contact Hermes on and ask for delivery to be made. I came home from work especially. Also no way of contacting field and trek either so they can't chase it up.

Equipment arrived with a small part missing - the rubber button from walking poles. I bought these to use on a holiday and rather than return everything I tried to get F&T to send the relevant part. Phone numbers are never answered. Neither is the complaints service. I am faced with returning the lot for a refund for the sake of a rubber bung! Where is the human contact in all this. it could be sorted in seconds!

Firstly I feel a charge of 4.99 for clic and collect is too much. I chose that option expecting it to be free. Also I did try to cancel the order the next day, obviously that email didn't get through
