“If I'm being asked to review then the assumption is I've received my purchase. I have not. It has been 3 days since I received an email saying my order had been processed and I would receive an email when it was in the store of my choice. Since then, I've heard nothing.”

“The item I ordered was meant to be a Men's 3XL and the item I received was more like a ladies 3XL it was 10inches smaller on the chest than the size given on the website. Very disappointed.”

“Delivery company are a bunch of cowboys, although you know that already and continue to use them (Hermes) When I order something, I expect to actually receive it, but obviously the views of your customers don't matter so I will not be using you any more, despite using you regularly for the past 10 years.”

“I ordered size 11 sandals. When the goods arrived they had sent size 12 (although the enclosed delivery note listed size 11) Not only the inconvenience of going to the Post Office to return them but had to pay for the postage to do so. Not Impressed.”

“Faulty item delivered. Whilst you have refunded the purchase price you have not seen fit to refund the cost of return postage The Consumer Rights Act 2015 makes it an implied term of the contract that goods be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Any returns policy that says I have to cover the cost of returning items must only relate to the situation where I change my mind about the item ordered and not where there is a problem with the item.”

“They use Yodel to deliver. They won't answer emails. They pass there legal resposabilities onto the customer and break numerous consumer rights laws in the process. They are sportsdirect.”

“Placed order Thursday night,payed for next day delivery expecting it to be processed on the Friday for Saturday delivery,according to your email it wasn't collected till the Saturday and I didn't receive order till late Monday afternoon. This is the second time I've paid for next day delivery and not got it.”

“Ordered size 8.5 when they arrived the were closer to a size 8 fit. Contacted Field and Trek because I was expected to pay the postal charges at my own expense, purely for shoes that were a poor fit. I have been an 8.5 for a minimum of 55 years. Field and Trek said that their size guide was just a guide and not to rely on it. Following this incident I searched another site, Amazon,who stated that the shoes and boots from Merrells do come smaller and recommended that you buy the next size up.”
