The security tag was still on the trainers. I had to forcibly remove it, annoying. They were thrown in the box. None of the paper was in or around the shoes. Badly presented. Good postal service, that's why I gave an extra star than the one I was going to.

I ordered 2 x Karrimor jackets. One in the size of my existing Karrimor jacket and one in the size above. The idea being that one of them would fit. However both are drastically smaller that the size stated on the websites guide. One of the jackets is supposed to fit 46" to 48" chest but the jacket measures nowhere near that!

ordered realised not what I thought so cancelled within minutes. order was dispatched a whole day or so later. customer services finally emailed me and said order cannot be cancelled refuse delivery for full refund. you need a free telephone contact to sales. £4.99 delivery is excessive as other companys deliver free if order exceeds£20 or £30 wasn't till dispatch That I realised I was buying from JD as field and trek seem to be yet another outlet. not impressed.

Wasn't worth paying for next day delivery as that didn't happen. Although I ordered the correct size of shoe they were way too tight and uncomfortable as a result. To add insult to injury I have to return them at my own expense. This all amounts to a very poor customer experience. Surely you can do better? Jim Morrison

As the order was so slow to be confirmed. I placed another order, then the original order came through. I straight away contacted you by email to cancel the second order, but have never had a reply. I now have two pairs of shoes ( the shoes are excellent and arrived very promptly) however I now have 2 pairs which have cost me £9.98 to be delivered and I ccurrently have to pay for one to be returned. Please can you contact me so that I can resolve this situation, many thanks.

at the moment i'm just about to get in touch with your customer services. on Friday i paid for next day delivery as the weekend is only time my son is around to take delivery for his order. Yodel have failed to meet next day delivery and have no joy getting through to them on Saturday. My son has emailed/twittered them this morning and unable to redirect package to his works and will be delivering to his flat as per instructions when order was placed even though they know no one is there to take reciept of package.

Received adequate info about my purchase all the way to delivery. Very efficient admin but NO Parcel. Come on people computers are only efficient if you are successful in actually getting the goods to the customer. Will give time to sort out this cock up but if I don't get my parcel this week I will not use your company again.

Mi envío no ha llegado aun y en la empresa DHL no saben donde está el paquete. Han estado todo el día mareandome con ello, y lo único que me han dicho es que no saben donde lo han puesto y no me lo pueden dar hasta que no lo encuentren. Vuestra empresa no la puedo vlorar porque no he recibido los productos. La empresa de envíos es lamentable y muy muy mala. Espero que encuentren pronto mi mercancía. No creo que vuelva a comprar aquí...

Ordering from you was easy and delivery was on time and you kept me in touch with the order BUT the shoes were uncomfortable , which is not your fault BUT it cost me to return the item and I had payed a delivery fee which was not refunded. The whole has cost me £7.84 for an item that was not suitable and would have been more if I had returned them as suggested by you - to be signed for. Very disappointing returns policy and I certainly wouldn't order directly from you on line again.

I ordered a down jacket and a two pair pack of sports socks. Postage for both was £4.99. Sadly the down jacket order was cancelled as being out of stock. I would have preferred that Field and Trek advised me of the out of stock and given me the opportunity to cancel the entire order. £5.00 for the socks and nearly £5.00 delivery....a nonsense. I will be very careful in using their website again.
