“I ordered 3 coats for my kids. One was out of stock, so you cancelled that order; and just delivered the other two. I would much preferred to have the option of cancelling the whole order, or amending it, if not all available. (I have now had to re-order a different colour coat which is in stock; and pay a second time for delivery!) Given how expensive your delivery charges are, I really object to needing to pay twice when it could easily have been avoided.”

“Happy with the items I bought, but not at all happy with the problems encountered in the "Click and Collect" process. Staff couldn't find my order at Preston Fishergate so told me I would find it at Preston Deepdale. No sign of it there either, but a helpful member of staff made enquiries and discovered that it was, after all, at Fishergate!! So have to fight the traffic again (and pay to park again) back there. All very time consuming and stressful.”

“It's such a shame that I have been asked for some feedback on my purchase before I have even received the goods ordered, I suppose this paints the picture of my experience. It's not like it was free delivery, I paid for the pleasure of waiting this long for me to receive goods I ordered”

“Shoes arrived on time, and are correct size & colour. But the description on you website says :- Upper = textile/synthethic, but the shoes are labelled Leather, as a vegetarian this is unacceptable. As they were only £13.99 + postage it is not worth me sending them back for credit, as it will cost me £8 to send them back.”

“Online ordering, delivery etc. good but when you offer a shoe on-line that is labelled as a particular size it's pretty important that you actually provide a shoe that is that size. Waste of time ordering from Field and Treck online if you cannot fufil the basic requirement of meeting standard UK shoe sizes.”

“The product was excellent and at a cheap price. However, my wife collected the item and was given a receipt but was not told by the member of staff 1) That it included a £5 voucher and 2) The voucher had to be spent on that day. Therefore my wife left the store and w never got to spend the voucher. The last time I collected good from the store I was given a voucher that didn't have to be spent that day. Disappointing!”

“Unfortunately I've been asked to complete a review for boots I've still not received. I chose delivery to store option 5 days ago thinking that would be quicker than postage to home address. No such luck, called yesterday and was told "maybe friday if you get notification". No notification yet so not looking likely! Wouldn't order again unless I was happy to wait an indeterminate amount of time ????”

“It would have been nice if the boots I purchased had been dusted before they were despatched. I know they were reduced but that shouldn't reduce the standard given.”

“Items very poorly packaged, looked like returns items sent back out. The plastic bags were open and items were not folded like you would expect. Not impressed.”

“I ordered a Helly Hansen fleece size 14. It was far too small more like a size 8. The material was extremely thin. Result was that within 10 minutes of receiving this I returned it. Not what I expected at all and of course I had to pay for returns”

“Ordered my items at 8pm on the friday and it was delivered monday morning (great). Why does it take so long to get it delivered to a shop if i wanted to collect it from there? The waterproof jacket was obviously 2nd hand but "as new" due to the fact there was dried mud and some loose change in the pocket and also dried mud on the outside of the jacket too (not so great).”

“Delivery on time but I wouldn't use online order again as postage was £4:99 and same postage for a return. Goods value £29:00 but £10:00 extra for goods which were not suitable. A costly mistake!!!!”

“It's probably best to request a review AFTER the goods have been delivered and not before. How can I review a product I don't have!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
