Prompt delivery but hopeless customer service. Accidentally ordered a wrong size and emailed 4 times over three days to cancel the order. Zero response, meaning I now have to go through a returns process, creating extra work for them and me. Honestly wouldn't bother with this company again, too much hassle.

As of today I have not received confirmation that my order has been delivered to Sports Direct for me to collect. I am still awaiting confirmation of that and feel I am in the dark as to where the product is. My last confirmation of the order from Field and Trek stated that the e-mail was subject to availability of the product so I am not sure what has happened. Maybe it's a fault with Sports Direct- only arranged to do it via them because of the 5 pounds cashback they offered which would cover the cost of the rather hefty field and Trek delivery cost so I do not think I have had the best service and cannot comment on the product as I have not received it.

2 items still have security tags attached (1 likely with dye so not keen on trying to remove this). I have emailed details of problem today and will await reply. I leave for Australia on Wednesday (having returned to London and my delivery today) so travelling to one of Field and Trek's locations is not an option for me.

Although the item has been ordered and paid for, there has not been any contact from Field and Trek about when they will be delivered to my local store for collection. It is now 4 days since the order was placed.

I wear a size 6 so ordered a 6 and they don't fit. They are lovely sandals.

I was sent a pair of sandals, one for size 5 and one size 7 The courier left them next door but didn't leave a note, email and text just said delivered successfully. I spent a while checking behind bins and in garage to see where it was. No telephone number to say the goods weren't fit for purpose because one sandal was the wrong size

The security tag is still attached. I emailed but no reply. Will have to go out my way to get to a shop to take it off.... if they do because it won't be an item from that shop

Cant fault product as yet as have not recieved! Ordered a bike, Quick to dispatch, followed tracking on delivery. Took a day off work and waited in all day, but courier couldnt be bothered to deliver on their tracking system it says tried to deliver which is a lie. Im really cross and upset.

I ordered some items on the 19th April (wed) and today I still haven't received them. I have been updated to the status of my order and they should arrive today. The point I have to pay for this delivery and yet it takes 4-5 working days to arrive. As an outdoor company we order regularly and most suppliers don't charge for UK delivery and if they do items arrive next day or at the latest 2 days. I can give you lots of examples. So come on F&T compete with the others and drop delivery charges especially if orders are over £50.

I ordered north face zip off trousers and selected the size XL which states they are for waists36-38. My waist is 37. The trousers are clearly marked as 36 waist. Why can't you exhibit the correct waist size rather than XL? If they had been correctly labelled as 36 waist I would not have ordered them. Unimpressed!

I could not print a copy of the confirmation of order/invoice because of the format in which it was sent. I could not track the delivery of the order. When I clicked on the link, no information was provided. I found this very frustrating and haven't experienced these problems with any other online retailer.

I bought a pair of boots, but they're the wrong size. The returns system is very poor; there's no way of contacting anyone by telephone, and although there is a 'returns' email address, I'm still waiting for a reply. Also there is the mystery of the self adhesive label that says "In case of returns, please retain this label". Does that mean that you post the item back, and keep the label? Or should it be fixed to the returned package as some form of ID and tracking?

It wasn't mentioned in the description of the shoes that they were returns. The pair that turned up had dirty soles. Other than that, nice pair of shoes, good price, but the mis-description is against the law and a let down.
