“Cant fault product as yet as have not recieved! Ordered a bike, Quick to dispatch, followed tracking on delivery. Took a day off work and waited in all day, but courier couldnt be bothered to deliver on their tracking system it says tried to deliver which is a lie. Im really cross and upset.”

“My parcel was due to arrive on Tuesday. It didn't arrive. I used Hermes tracking and saw that a delivery attempt was made at lunchtime, when I was in. I heard nobody and no card was left. The same thing happened yesterday. Hermes tracking said a delivery attempt had been made around 4.30, when I was in. Again, no card was left. Hermes suggest I get in touch with you and not with them to investigate further. I find this hard to understand as their online tracking service says the parcel is with them. I looked at the email I got from you and it's a 'do not reply' email address. Completely rubbish service all round.”

“I was kept updated on the status of my order at all times and received my boots promptly. Great quality and excellent price. My only reservation is that Hermes, the chosen courier, left the parcel unsecure in my front garden which leads directly onto a busy main road but F&T's service was perfect!”
