“I found the website very easy to use and the product range of rucksacks excellent. The delivery to Sports Direct was priced at £4.99 which seems rather steep and certainly compares unfavourably with other online delivery rates. The rucksacks were delivered in 3 days which again compares unfavourably with other online retailers although maybe I have been spoilt by the 14 hours that Amazon Prime achieve when I order in the evening. Collection from Sports direct was time consuming as they had no signage in store to indicate which tills allowed collection and I wasted time queuing up for the tills at the back of the ground floor when I should have known that I needed to queue up at the back of the First floor. The quality of the Karrimor SF rucksacks is excellent and I am very happy with the products hence the 4 stars, I just took one of for the overall customer experience. Need to try harder.”

“Fast delivery of item. Would have prefered a free delivery on larger orders as it common on most other sites. It would also be nice if packaging was more recycleable as the black plastic bag is impossible to recycle.”

“My order was never delivered. The courier sent another person's order, got my neighbour to sign for it and I have not been able to obtain what I wanted as a priority purchase using the next day delivery option. Essentially I have paid money and received nothing and as I have no time to call customer services , I wait for my email correspondence to be acted on. during office hours”
