“Firstly, there were regular updates on the order and most importantly delivery which was very quick even for standard delivery. Secondly, the product quality was excellent and because I bought a sale item, the value for money extremely good. Thirdly, the style and fit was perfect, especially as I am only a size 8 and find it a challenge to buy petite outdoor clothing. Highly recommended in all respects.”

“I was sent a pair of sandals, one for size 5 and one size 7 The courier left them next door but didn't leave a note, email and text just said delivered successfully. I spent a while checking behind bins and in garage to see where it was. No telephone number to say the goods weren't fit for purpose because one sandal was the wrong size”

“LOVE the Karrimor pink jacket. At £24.99 it's excellent and fits perfectly like it was made for me! And I love the Berghaus fleece and at just £13 it's exceptionally good value for money. And Field and Trek deliver to France in just a few days. Couldn't ask for more. Delighted.”

“Placed order Sunday PM, paid for express delivery. Expected parcel by Thesday PM latest. Tuesday pm Hermes website states my parcel has been routed to the wrong place & they can't explain where it is!. I email Field & Trek for answers. Thursday, still no response. Hermes website changes completely deleting previous info (but I printed it off for proof) - parcel turns up at 4pm. No explanation, no return email - this is neither express delivery nor any kind of customer service. Help - this is appalling!”
