“Good price for product, but £5 delivery voucher for collection in store is annoying. Other major retailers dont do this. Fair enough to charge for postal delivery, but in store should be free. Not my fault you didnt have the product I wanted in store.”

“My order was supposed to be delivered last Friday and I still don't have it come Monday. I going camping on the weekend and very upsetting that I may not be able to go. I have sent 2 emails and no reply and phone number to call and find out what is happening.”

“I wasn't happy with the ski jacket which I ordered. I had to return it because it was too small, not a standard size 14, hardly even a size 12 when I compared it to my present jacket. The jacket itself seems of good quality.”
