“I placed an order and was sent the wrong product. I eventually managed to contact Customer Services and asked for them to arrange collection and send the correct product. A collection was arranged but did not occur, 4 calls and emails later still no colelction, or correct item sent or refund, 3 weeks after placing a next day order. Absolutley appalling service!”

“I am still awaiting notification of my orders arrival at the local store, having been told 3 days ago i would be receiving an email upon its arrival there. This is way way below the standard normally received and unfortunately find this very disappointing.”

“hey i emailed your company to say that i have not received my trainers, and the delivery company have delivered them but i never got them and i asked my neighbours if they had took the parcel for me as i was not i and they had not took a parcel for me and im really worried”
