“The security tag is still attached. I emailed but no reply. Will have to go out my way to get to a shop to take it off.... if they do because it won't be an item from that shop”

“Service is quite good, but I had a problem in the past with a wrong delivery, as size of shoes was confused with American size. The delivery man could have left the parcel with a neighbour, as we were out on the day of first delivery.”

“Your invitation to review arrived before delivery of parcel. Parcel has not been delivered despite Hermes information that it has and been signed for. F&T say that it is with a neighbour. I live in a remote location, half a mile outside a village. I have received no notification as to which house my parcel has been delivered to. I have used F&T frequently, the first being in the late '70s at their shop in Brentford, Essex. Every means of contact now seems to be by email. Why is there no phone number? I am disgusted at this level of service.”

“The staff in the shop were very helpful, however, I am very disappointed that i have not received the product yet after placing the order on 21 May and being notified that Hermes collected them on 25 May (over a week ago) Please can i be advised as to when they will be delivered as i ordered them for holiday next week. Regards”

“Goods were damaged on receipt - probably by rough handling of carrier. Customer services replaced, no quibble, very promptly and without even the need to return damaged item.”
