“The boots are great and such a bargain at the sale price, which was nearly half the price elsewhere. The ordering process was smooth and I was kept informed throughout the order processing by F&T, and my item was delivered a day before the due date. BUT I only found out that my parcel was coming a day earlier than I thought because I just happened to check the online tracking (which is great), but no email or text from yodel to tell me that my parcel was coming that day, and I didn't know what time it was coming because apparently F&T don't pay for that service. Honestly F&T - for a fiver delivery charge is it too much to ask for yodel to give a general window of time?? After I got my item delivered, yodel texted me AND emailed me to tell me that my item had been delivered. Which I knew. It would have been much more helpful for yodel to communicate earlier that day that a) my parcel was out for delivery and b) roughly what time it might arrive.”

“I take size 11 shoes & have been sent a pair of size 9 walking boots in a box marked size 11. My view of F & T may change depending on how quickly and efficiently this is resolved.”

“I ordered several sale items very late on Friday night, received emails on Saturday to say my order was being processed and despatched. Sunday morning i received an email to say my order was in store ready for collection. I collected it on Monday. Excellent service - order complete and no problems. Well done.”
