“Disappointing. I ordered a pair of walking boots for my wife off the Internet for a gift and was very disappointed when they arrived, they turned up in a tatty box, scribbled with pen and to top it off they were a different colour!!! Sun bleached is an understatement. I'm not bothered about the box or the pen colouring..but come on..is there no quality control?? I paid nearly £7.00 for next day delivery and had to fork out nearly the same out of my own pocket to return them, not fair as it's not my fault that the goods they supplied were like third hand. Also there was no contact number for me to phone and talk to someone and arrange a exchange. Very disappointing. Jules Gallimore”

“I deliberately ordered two items to save on delivery. One was cancelled so I emailed straight way to ask if I could this could be replaced with something else or cancelled til something else was available but was told I could not cancel. It would have been nice to have the option to be able decide if one wishes to wait, proceed or cancel before items. If thing are out of stock them either you should not accept order in first place or be prepared to allow people option to replace items. My last email has been ignored Very disappointed!”

“I was very disappointed to have to pay a postal charge to have my boots sent to a store and even more so at not being able to return them via the store and having to pay again. A £5 in store voucher is not an incentive to shop with you again in store or on line.”

“Bought the item in a sale which must be why the packet was torn and bent. The item itself was excellent value, fitted true to size and am very pleased with it. I may have bought another for a present except I didn't want the package it was in to look so rough so I didn't. Will shop again with Field and Trek .”

“placing the order was easy. having it delivered is another story had an email from your carrier on 1st oct saying parcel delivered how was our service i contacted them to say goods not been delivered on 8th oct they checked and goods at distribution centre would be delivered on fri this is now mon 12th oct and still no goods . this is not an acceptable service . please contact your carrier and speed up my delivery had i known it would take this long would have just went to the shop”
